Yeah ok I could have clarified that better, I know constant climax would be too monotonous but why not try to make the progression interesting, like, at all? Most full-on is just full of predictable, boring stuff until the end that is usually pretty good, but I don't feel like listening to 6 minutes of crap to get 1 minute of something good.

http://millenniata.com/ Prices: http://store.millenniata.com/default.aspx I'll be definitely getting this. I definitely agree with the negative points the quote is saying, but they matter to me none. Perfect for archiving files you really want to preserve.

Too many good ones but I want to point out, that in full-on, I always have to wait for the damn end. That's the best part in practically every full-on song ever. I don't understand why cant you make everything awesome, but just 1/8th of the track.

Been waiting for this http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display_release.asp?id=8850

No, as in literally Super Jewel Case as someone once named it that for whatever reason. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_disc_packaging#Variations http://www.superjewelbox.co.uk/spec_standard.htm http://covers33.co.uk/index.php?cPath=40

Nice review and I'm glad someone posted a full one. Personally, as I've expressed before, I think this is musically brilliant stuff. Catering to audiences of psytrance, dnb and even that industrial sound a little. The atmospheres ooze such thick atmosphere that all it does is make you wonder has the creator been to these off-wordly places and spaces because it's just vivid and even visible. Just fascinating and fantastic dance music on top of that. I cannot stress the musical brilliance enough. But I do like the fact you also mentioned the mastering, I also can't stress this enough. I just don't understand what happened here, it's just not good. Some tracks sound a tiny bit little better than others but it's very stale throughout. Nothing has that oomph I hear everywhere else, highs aren't crystal loud, lows aren't thumping my speakers/headphones at all. Even the simplest thing as actual sound volume is low. Sure, I can EQ the sound to hell and back and make my system louder, but that's not how it should be(and it doesn't magically fix everything either), in that case the mastering is simply non-existent and it removes so much of that dynamic sound what is supposed to be apparent. I've quite had enough of this; I'm boycotting bad mastering. I just hate when wonderful music like this is treated that way. Masterers, labels, artist, DON'T LET MUSIC BE TREATED LIKE THIS, please. It deserves so much better. Especially when it's something special like this.

Great news! I've noticed that these nitzo oriented goa melodies are so intense and fun compared to typical new school goa melodies. They even feel a little more old school oriented because they don't hold back. It's great to have this variety and samples sound friking awesome! Especially Attractor, holy shit. -
Great! I love the Sundial style.

Assassin's creed music is certainly one of a kind, but I really don't see how the lack of tribalism hurts it, the games are not set in a place of tribal nature. Interesting! Nah that was done by some band, it's in the title. I loved that game too. CTF with good players was a blast. Nowadays there are no CTF games at all aside from instagib which is just boring so I quit the game too. Warfare still has an active server but since it uses juggernauts it's just mindless shooting and exploding and just bleh. The game died an early death because of the release. It had loads of problems which were fixed either too late or never. I really miss CTF though.. so much fun.

It is a wonderful thing you guys have achieved. Mastered by Colin is just icing on the cake. This will be in my collection no doubt. -

I've been thinking about this for a while but is there anyone else making this kind of utter brilliance? These compositions are out of this world. The electronic elements add such insane depth. My mind is constantly being blown apart with every new Assassins Creed soundtrack. It's not the typical soundtrack at all, everything about them sounds revolutionary to me. This kind of music is the only thing that trumps all else to me, it tells a story like no other. If you have not heard these OST's then you go ahead and do yourself a favor and listen to them.

I'm interesteded. By the way does a higher bitrate than 64kbps of the track "ekaterinburg" exist anywhere? It's one of the nicest dark scifi ambient pieces ever.

Seriously screw the last four months of this year.. Deus Ex Human Revolution Rage Battlefield 3 Resistance 3 Assassins Creed Revelations Quake 4 (On steam, finally) How the fk am I going to find the time to play all of them? Hate when they release the best games in such small timeframes. I was getting happy I stopped caring about Battlefield 3 but then I saw this..

Why must you tease.

Not that there's no taste, there's just no skill which correlates with how immensely bad it is.

Cybernetika - Colossus (Psy-DnB Album)
Penzoline replied to Cybernetika's topic in Free Music Promotion
Musically this is wonderful work, interesting and immersive ideas, thick atmospheres. All around awesome work, but the mastering... what happened? Highs mids lows all sound like on the same level and it sounds really quiet.. this music deserves so much better mastering, it's a shame what it currently is. There's no oomph in anything, no sound separation, it just sounds flat. Whilst a track from another album makes my headphones rumble because of the bass, this does nothing - and it's supposed to be DnB on top of that.. Even Scythe Of Orion had pretty good mastering, why not this? Here's a rough example Loud part from Erta Ale Loud part from Colossus -
Boy will it get expensive when I start buying Ultimae collections... anyhoo
