  1. Aren't they coming back at all? What happened with the unsold stocks? It is so sad really.
  2. This is an impossible task.. I guess there will be so many that cannot simply select one. I think the essence of the band is in the track : Trip Tonite . It's their ultimate hit, the original mix is a part of the goa history. A few years ago, Andrea (Rizzo, one of the original creators of the track) was in at a Full Moon party in Asia (not sure if in Thailand or India) and suddenly they play the track, and he sees people, after so many years from the release, starting to dance and trance in a different way and everyone smiling. So he goes up to the dj booth and says that he made that track: the dj hugs him and said that this track still makes people dream and fly. And I agree. PS: Wanna see how overpriced The Independence Trance Revival can be? : http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0007XK2DA/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new or http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Independence-Trance-Revival-Import/dp/B0007XK2DA <- I was wondering, should i get this copy? maybe instead of buying groceries for 6 months I could go for that extra copy I always wanted.. ahahaha
  3. isn't it Wizzy Noise - Dark City starting after deedrah the wizard? it seems so to me...
  4. i've been waiting as well and from this video i can see we won't be disappointed, as usual!
  5. I will then maybe have to dig into my unreleaseds because i deffo have that track and recognized the sample, the swirls etc, to me it is a french artist. transwave, bamboo forest, something from 3d vision, or wizzy noise...
  6. The track at minute 8 sounds super familiar.. it has a very distinctive kick that now eludes me it also has swirls and stuff, has to be from 96 or 97... it could be early wizzy noise or smth like transwave. I also recognize the french sample, so yes i am sure i have this track. "Come On" a track that i like a lot actually. The next one starting at 15 is not smth i recognize, weird and darkish, maybe smth from creamcrop? sounds like that kind of sound. Has some strange variations too. No idea more than this Also, very nice cover
  7. yes good idea, post it on youtube as well!
  8. yes please Radi, produce the perfect tracks for the 3rd album of Hallucinogen and who knows the tracks may even be better than his and he would ask you to remix a track of his own! Give it a go and please surprise us. Maybe there are some cheap midi keyboards you can find in a local market in Sofia... good luck!
  9. @Master Lu Bu, thanks for the feedback I will prepare some samples soonish as well, the ep has got mastered as well, after crop circles i will have this one out too.. and more news to come!
  10. Sounds sweet! Love Talpa and Sienis!
  11. The samples sound sweet, great job Joske! Looking forward the release to buy it !
  12. Tanks a lot for the answer and great story, I heard the samples and it is very interesting. Of course no bad vibes: I just follow my idea of saving as many old unreleased as possible and I am also liking the new goa trance scene, in fact, i own 90% of the released neo goa albums out there. I have bought every SunTrip cd released since day one and followed all the other labels than appeared after them. And I will continue to support every label releasing old and new goa tracks. But of course I love when old unreleased are released and big thumbs up to Zion and to any label doing that: I think it is awesome there are others following my vision. All the best for this fantastic release, I am so curious to hear this remastered version of Boom Shankar, one of my all time favorite and I am so glad you are releasing it! @Paul Eye: for DJ Mixes I have different feelings, it may be possible to combine old and new but when I dj I only play oldies, so far I felt it was maybe harder (as the production was many times a bit bad and because in the past they used so many layers over each other that often it is hard to beatmatch the tracks) but I enjoyed more to broadcast material that has been long forgotten. And beside, lots of djs are playing wonderful newschool goa
  13. I dislike the mixture of new and old, if i have to be honest, and prefer to collect compilation of old tracks separated from compilation of new tracks but i guess that labels are free to combine track of the 90s with new ones. Nonetheless valid tracks, all around, and hence my support. PS: I noticed it is on discogs already, Is that an edited version of indoor - bom shankar?

  15. Indoor - Boom Shankar, awesome ! and bought it!
  16. I think the age of real record stores, for this genre, has long gone. Except for a few meccas like london and ibiza where you see stalls/small shops that still receive psytrance on a regular basis and are selling to tourists that, most of the time, just want to buy some banging music they heard for the very first time during their trip (that at least happens a lot in camden in london and i've seen it). I guess the majority of the people would download it to see if they really like the music and if they can they will buy it. I know there is a (small?) core of people that won't download illegally as a matter of principle but that's rare. I am fine with people checking out the releases of my label but I also hope they will at some point buy them and I guess that's also what's happening with your releases at Suntrip. Still sometimes I wonder how long can we keep pressing CDs. Vinyl on the other hand are seeing a second life but I guess that is for more commercial releases and genres such as Rock, Pop and Techno/House, in the HipHop/Reggae/Jazz world I think the vinyl never died, but I may be wrong. Classical music instead is now almost only released on CD but you can find shitloads of vinyl records at flea markets very cheap. That's how I perceive the record world at the moment.
  17. Here's the preview "mix" of the samples coming from the EP, transitions are somehow funny cause of difference in speed/key/whatever but it was made to have a glimpse to the upcoming tracks ::: ))) . Please enJoy! https://soundcloud.com/dat-records/crop-circles-eps-mix @MasterLuBu : what do you mean with be the first to get it?! Monday I will pay the pressing plant and we are good to go.. as soon as the artwork is finished I will ask for a proper release date to Arabesque but finger crossed, the beginning of june?
  18. its a great track Elias, thanks for sharing!

Padmapani you can google the titles and see those, the man is fishing some river fish, and he incurs into a eel and in some kind of manta, it also gave me unable to see it in europe, it must be a show from the us.
  20. one of the oldest giants has fallen. Together with recordstore, dolphin discs and chaos unlimited (all long defunct) they served me well many times in the last decade... so sorry to hear about their bankrupcy.. goodbye.

  23. I can announce that as of today 23rd April the mastering has finished, Tim did an excellent job and since I asked for a very specific sound, I am now 100% satisfied of the result, it is going to be a blast! Now I am just waiting for the finalization of the artwork and we are good to go! No specified date, when it's done it's done, but soonish! Draeke
