Hiya! Kick sounds quite weak to me. Instead of that one, I'd go for a 909 bassdrum kick straightaway. I think there's no compression, no busses or master are compressed at all. That bassline would be better with a short (around half second to 900 ms) mid-high reverb. Use cutoff to make sound flow. Using an LFO synchronized to the BPM (try with 4 bars or 8 bars). Then, adjust that LFO to control the cutoff of some instruments. You can do this on some of the ones you have already (have a try) or add some 303 acidline on some parts of the track to make it more trippy. Try another sound instead of that kind of chime sound you used (starting on 0:41). It has some cutoff movement, but after all, still thinking it does not fit on the track. Use sidechain from bassdrum kick onto the bassline to make them flow together. Hihats are not sharp enogh, you can barely listen to them. Use some reverb or delay on them (hi-pass filter on those effects). On 3:40 there's a swoosh starting on the track and keeping on for a while. Try some reverb or space widener on them, play with the knobs of the effect like trying to make it wider and then, when things get calmer, get it back to the center, where it is now. Hope all these suggestiongs help you! Good luck! 😊

Lovely. Hit the spot and brought a smile to my face. "Do you think the world is coming to an end?" Seems appropriate for the times. -

Timofey - Black Swan | 2009 ? | unreleased I can’t understand why such a beautiful track still hasn’t been officially released. It’s a mystery. Maybe there are some copyright issues? The melody is unbelievably good. Best part starts at 05:17. One of the best melodies in goa trance history. Very uplifting -

Pure South African sound from Lost & Found vs Xatrik (aka Multistate), compiled by French masters Phatmatix and Digital Talk (aka Mindcore), and brought to you by the Japanese label Yabai Records. All converges into a very special track. Multistate - Roberta Sparrow rmx -

It’s the same melody, but the styles are different. In Manuel Duego – Deception it’s psy-prog, while The Synthetic Dream Foundation present it as agrotech (Discogs doesn’t even recognize that style and classifies it as Trance / Industrial). To me, it feels more like a fusion of goa and industrial. It actually reminds me of Xenomorph, who is usually classified as goa. Piero Zeta — Energy-Z (Extended Mix) (1997) Talamasca — Time Simulation (2001) Tsk, tsk, Talamasca 😏 It looks like one of Talamasca’s most loved and popular tracks might be a bit too close to Piero Zeta — Energy-Z. Or am I the only one hearing the similarity?

I don’t know who stole from whom 😄 One track feels like a remix of the other. The melody is copied note for note. I like the Arcana project’s version more. It’s simpler, but at the same time it’s more gripping. Sometimes simplicity is not a bad thing at all. Arcana - Orion (1995) The Infinity Project featuring Man With No Name — Alien Airport (1995)
