I just wonder why Twisted says 11.5... My bet is on Twisted being correct. And we can still order the CD a few weeks earlier from Twisted.

!!!OPINION AHEAD!!! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! But if you ignore all the cheap "horror" samples and sounds, you're left with a mediocre psy record. This is only my opinion, of course. Personally I find Gamma Goblins 2 more disturbing.

Cassandra's is just short of being as overrated as I currently find Luciana. I.e. sought after for it's rarity. I have no doubt I could find it I wanted... but I can't bother.

Acid For Nothing

So. This is the ultra-rare 61.20 minutes long ambient drone piece from Juno Reactor. Here's my real-time log/review of it: It starts off fairly boring, up to around 12 minutes. We see very little variation... A bit later come the vocals! I love them... really beautiful. At around 40:00 I suddenly start feeling like the music surrounds me... and I'm starting to get vivid imaginary landscapes of whatever realm Luciana describes. I think I heard some voice samples at 48. It's getting a bit boring... At 50 we're getting lasers. Interesting. It sounds like tension is building. More weird samples, and at 52 something happens, and we get some loud screaming-like effects. 53:38 features ethnic fragments floating with the wind. I'd like to see them being used more. Ahh, vocals again... but too little! Some "teleport" effects here at 55. Distubring chittering sounds too. And sweeping stuff. Bubbly sounds at 56:12. Fading in and out... Deep bass. The background noise faded away somewhere along the road. Here, just about at the end, at 58:34 the track starts really fragmenting up, and slowly building up a rather fast noise. It then fades away, and wind-effects lurk around. And then it all fades away. A hissing noise along with bubbles can be heard at 01:01.10. The end. It's not that good, really. I'm most likely not listening to this again. 5/10 because of the vocals, which should've been used more.

Yup yup, I just got this - it's in mint condition even... now, I'll listen to it completely soon. We'll see just how good it is. UPDATE: I posted a sort-of-review of it in the reviews section. READ!

OBVIOUSLY Sasha isn't euro-trance. Whoever says he is, is very much musically challenged.

I'm not going to bother argumenting with Dragonflier and Redeemer anymore, because I'll have to resort to their own ways to do so. So instead, I'll talk about this: Club trance is not emotionless. What shit have you been hearing?

MIGHT is the keyword. Being a newbie. I heard the albums one year back, and I can safely say the are mindblowing still. Much better than Meaningful Moment at least.

Is that real?

Rank 1 isn't exactly what I'd call hardtrance. They are more like melodic/epic if you ask me.

1. JOHN Digweed. (the following ideas are going by what most people agree on) 2. More correct examples of hardtrance would be Cosmic Gate... basically, it's HARD BASSDRUM with HARD MELODIES and no finesse at all. Scooter are usually classified as eurotrance. Sasha & Digweed are more known for progressive trance than club trance.

Well, in case we'll use THAT definition, you know, the one hardly anybody uses, instead of the wide-spread one most everybody agrees on... Well then, Tiesto is eurotrance. Who's swedish here?
