Hahaha.. First, thank you very much for those kind words! Usually I've few ideas that I work on simultaeneously. Adding, deleting and even merging. Once I get a cohesive form I work on it continuously to form the final track. Thanks once again. Cheers!

I didnt mean drowning out/overpowering the kick, that is nothing but poor mastering and plain stupid. OP was talking about the sound of the kick wrt other electronic genres(I believe). The kick must be there. And as long as it's clearly there I dont care if it sounds like 808, "oldschool", laser or directly from a Tama bassdrum.

The entire argument boils down to this point. Excellently put!

Haha! Goa at an EDM concert? Impossible. The EDM crowd likes the buildup and drop thingy and the songs are about 3-4 minutes in length. In Goa the fun starts at 3-4 minutes and goes on without any buidups/drops shit. That's what I love, keep on trippin/dancin and not waiting for the next drop.

I had posted this in that thread. Pretty much sums up my answer 1 & 3 made me go aaww yiss.. the others didnt. Simple. You said if I liked track 1 I SHOULD like track 6..not necessarily. Every track is different imo and must be taken as is. I hate comparisons and similarities. Sure you can find two tracks similar but you may not like one of them and that is completely acceptable and normal. This is when I'm sober. When I'm high I find even a sine wave interesting Just my thoughts!

Liked tracks 1 and 3..The rest are not to my taste. Tip is coming out with Electric Universe and Raja Ram Ep "Gateway" tomorrow 31st. Typical Full-on electric universe style.

The first time I heard this track 5 years ago I fell in love!
