  1. while noone seems to know, it undoubtedly sounds like MWNN. It was made widely known in Paul Oakenfold sets - so it could also be his very own remix.
  2. bumping for more exposure on this remake! and maybe someone has it in better quality.
  3. if its just a matter of mistranslation then i will take back what i said.
  4. this one im sure someone will be able to identify. im trying to rack my brain on which artist sounds like that. early koxbox comes to mind... will get back to you once ive searched my collection edit: the following artists might or might not have anything to do with the track radiotrance (not sure what they have released) biot (melody similar to Radiation) prana (a bit similar to Indigo) shakta/somaton (unreleased/early) total eclipse (unreleased/early) ka-sol (early) thats as far as my time allows for now.
  5. im gonna make a donation happen for dreake. i guess im the right man afterall. will get back to you once i sorted out all the logistics. in the meantime: Draeke, please could you email me your adress details, so that you can recieve the gift mail me at kristian@aeap.se .... or i suppose i could use the officiall DAT adress?
  6. yup. i thought so. didnt hurt to ask for an update though
  7. finished the set for the second time today, and its very good. i love how you mix the tracks in a unique way so that they sound different than the originals. but still think you cut out too much treble from the tracks, but then again, if that is an artistic direction and active choice - then i again must applaud, because like i said the way you mix the tracks (mix as in eqing) make them sound unique. regarding the actual djing - its flawless. please make more morning mixes, as the tracklist on this one was very interesting i cant wait which tracks you might choose for the next one. And if I might be so bold (and who knows, it might help you, too) try to begin the mix with gamma goblins 2 - and have that as the feel of the mix, as I can foresee you making something really epic. but of course thats just a humble suggestion from a fan. of course you will choose what you feel like.
  8. that just goes to show that you have very high ambition and want to make the next track you make - the best youve made yet. And thats awesome. being a tough self-critic usually brings out the best in you.
  9. one that comes to mind is the classic Halycon on and on by Orbital. And I think that fits the topic.
  10. anymore suggestions, especially regarding a "winscp" clone for linux?
  11. this one maybe? hardtrance at low bpm perhaps
  12. thank you both paul and purple. i feel confident enough now to also be able to share my newfound knowledge on the subject
  13. great news suntrip! seems goatrance is still to hit its peak! truly awesome! what about khetzal - any news?
  14. its awesome richpa that you have expanded your creativity when making album covers. they are alot better now than previously and this is also a very good one. Imba- how do you do it? You spit out tracks in the same pace i make comments on psynews well, almost. for an artist to put out complete tracks in that pace - and STILL have the feeling that the track is indeed complete and not just a hasty project - is truly rare and very impressive. You definately hit your stride and im very proud that such a funny and active psynews member also release top notch goatrance. would be an honor to make a collaboration with you, when im on par with your skill level.
  15. he should be a member here too! its great to have artists engage in discussion on this forum. i understand they dont have much time but its a very nice addition to psynews to have such amazing artists engage in the discussion. we have alot already and more will definately not make it worse
  16. the first and second tracks are no doubt the best. alot of vibes and influences from so many artits make these two very nice tribute tracks for me. thanks ali, for these tracks!! and thanks suntrip for recognising the talent and releasing it, of course. this will of course also gain further benefits since the bar is so high now - the next filteria album whenever that might be - and jannis always tries to better himself in every album - will no doubtedly be his best album yet, too. Just have that feeling that jannis is also an artist that will continue to grow until the day he decides to stop making music. cause every album since sky input has been alot better than the previous one, and i still think he has yet to put out his best album. Khetzals next album is also something i truly look forward to, and obviously, another artifact303 album. although i think artifact303 already hit his peak if he decides to go back and make another goa album. but, who knows.

    RIP Nemo

didnt know the guy but its indeed a tragic loss from what ive learned about his involvement on this site. thanks for everything dude!
  18. Interesting, didnt realise Coke made its way to psytrance. But it doesnt surprise me if "talented" cokeheads produce psytrance. That generic sound might appeal to the high of coke. No idea never tried it. But its definetely something that indeed could have influence. Oh well. Doesnt matter. There are plenty of good psytrance to go along Just re-discovering Whizzy Noise is a real pleasure. Fractal Glider too and while Ananda Shake might be a bit cheesy at least they still have their own soundscape, while the music itself might be a bit generic. I just love the party vibe they have when performing the remix of spiritual healing on this video: the smile of the girl and her genuine dancing just makes me smile too. Also the fact that that one guy mimes the sounds with his mouth is just a telltalle sign he is really into it. Also love the way he dances ^^ too bad most of the croud sucks. but ive seen worse. Also Liquid Soul is still great. And nothing beats Neuromotor at ozora completely epic and that track is definately built for large PA speakers and for high goosebumb factor, also compltely love the croud. they are tired as fuck since its his last track but still they go like "OMG this is sooo good" dude with black shirt and dreads seems like a really awesome guy for some reason and the dude in no sheart and a cowl really has his two-step trancedance down
