    ISAN - Meet Next Life

I'm not quite sure why I reviewed it either. I've quite much given up doing them anyways, take too much time and with my english it's not worth it.
  2. Isn't it irritating when you're not fast enough and the start of the track leaves unrecorded eh?
  3. Simon is punishing us mortals for not praising his glory enough by releasing 2nd class material nowadays...
  4. I think they shouldn't do Pleiadians-material anymore. "Pleiadians" is a name for the best goa act there ever was, not some typical full on I'd hope.
  5. Didn't impress me that highly. There was nothing new or extraordinary. I think Simon should have a cup of coffee and relax a bit to get new ideas.
  6. you have the vinyl but not vinyl player? eh buy a vinyl player?
  7. I always saw this album very good too, if not including tracks 2 and 3 which just don't have that "magic". Near the end the tracks just get better (gift of the gods, damn! ) Konveljet's first album "Brothers in machine" album now. This saundi is so good. The just couldn't make the second one this broad sounding still maintaining the Koneveljet-vibe. This album has it all: electro, breaks, ambient, trance, maybe a hint of psy even. Oh, and exercising instructions!
  8. is that so? what are we waiting for then? let's share! (I'll get unrlsd etnica stuff tomorrow from this andrew guy, if you want something just PM! )
  9. I hope Koxbox is gonna play the oldschool stuff at Kaapeli. But then again, there's not too much new material anyways, he has got to play old stormers eh? (finkrers krossd anyhow! )
  10. hmmm... must've been mp3 if I recall correctly. soon after cd-rs. very, very much later real cds.
  11. does etnica do old school live performances still? (I'd definitely hope so ) I at least can't hear anything old school about their newest music... Wouldn't it be logical for them to play music they like (their new music)? But Anoebis is right. Under no circumstances should one break an oath. Respect and trust between people are big things
  12. money, material, money, material I wish I could one day find the state of strength to abandon these things
  13. I might be a broken record repeating myself but... Paradise Connection - Portamento man is this track magical... full of love!
  14. I don't see that I have the right to make any judgements towards anyone, even if I can't realise the motives and morals behind people's actions. I'm all in favour of sharing however. If the hypothesis is, that there's something you can do to spread goodness without creating any negativiness, why not do that? People should forget their lousy excuses for selfishness.
  15. I think I saw "BICP" album for 20 pounds... yeah, http://search.ebay.de/search/search.dll?cg...nics&category0=
  16. Yeah wasn't tribute made in 1993? man were etnica always ahead! (not anymore though )
  17. You can send that track to mee 2

    Rotating fields

sure it is they made a release called "etnica vol.1" http://www.discogs.com/release/75249 that's quite a strong release even. I wonder why it wasn't properly made cd...

    IDM

I like IDM too. Very good "genre" at its best. My favourites are the group "Plaid" and the label "Toytronic"
  21. His "BICP" album is surely one of the highs in psytrance genre. Some mindbending stuff he made.
  22. Sun Electric's album "Present". Quite fresh even today, ten years after the release. There's better crystallic epic melodic downtempo out there though..
  23. I must say I didn't quite enjoy Cinos' "balancing comments" either that much. However I can't really say he was wrong. I got no absolute arguments against negativity. So it was fascinating to discuss with someone so radically different. I guess the place owner does what he thinks is the best.
  24. the tracklist looks faan-tastic! I'll check it out soon...
  25. I'm listening to Tangerine Dream. It's not that much to my liking. The sounds are a bit too same all the time, no variation. I guess this was the limit in 1970s (or not, Jarre made some fab stuff! )
