  1. Recently I've been touching up my old Impulse Tracker stuff from 1998-1999 for a (possible) future release. Running the original final version of IT 2.14 in DOSBox Funding for mastering, artwork (and perhaps distribution although I plan on releasing it for free) is still a bit of a question mark though... May 18th this year would mark the 15th anniversary of my last IT track, although I probably won't have enough time to get the music to be released on that exact date (with all sorts of life-changing stuff going on right now). Not that I've been in a hurry so far anyway... Kinda OT I know, but trackers <3
  2. Also worth mentioning is that there will be no repeats. We've been dealing behind the scenes to make sure you won't hear the same track twice during the entire duration of the event
  3. See first post, it's on Soundcloud now.
  4. And oh...perhaps the most recognizable feature is my official festival hat, the asian pyramid-kinda hat I jokingly call (hopefully this doesn't sound too obnoxious) a "rice picker hat" because I have no idea what it actually is called Oh, and a red bag with a sun on it. And I'll have my LED poi with me too Come tap me on the shoulder if you see me.
  5. Perhaps... To be honest, you're the only atist I'd come see there anyway. Been thinking with a friend of mine to get a car ride there, buy a day ticket, see your set and then hang around until we feel like it's time to leave
  6. OOP means "out of print", the rest is kinda self explanatory Although regarding some of his CDs, "rare" and "masterpiece" are either debatable or subjective.
  7. Just listening to this and all I can say that my favourites are GoaTree, Imba, and (in all its over-the-topness that borders on hard trance?) Decadent Sympozium The rest are either "OK" or "meh". What I find a bit odd is the Trinodia remix that didn't really click with me. Usually I like his stuff.
  8. Well, let me disagree on the GoaTree remix. You should have seen the dancefloor when I played that on friday night. People went bananas
  9. I had "Joyride" on cassette when it came out, err...23 years ago Can't say I'd remember which was my favourite track from that album. But my favourite was this, nice video too: (not that it was in any way "cool" to admit to liking this when you were 13) The Swedes sure knew their shit
  10. They've made a remake of it quite recently, I played the demo but didn't like it. Also, almost forgot Blood Money, Psygnosis FTW
  11. Well the problem is I won't necessarily have all the suggested tracks keep 'em coming nonetheless. I've found a few others, or at least tracks with long enough triplet parts.
  12. Thanks, I don't have the C.O.P. or Lost Buddha tracks though
  13. Hmm, those 2 might actually be the same guy as they both used the RARE_OOP description...
  14. I have 1 order from him. All went well, had the CDs in a week.
  15. So a while ago I got an idea to record a goa mix with only triplet tracks. Now the problem is, I have no idea if I even have enough tracks to do this, so basically I'd need some help with hunting down as many tracks as possible, here's what I've come up with so far... And no, I'm not asking you to make my set list for me I just have too much music to wade through and it's not like I can remember every track I have in my collection. Space Tribe - All You Need Is Spirit And Nothing Tandu - Rodeo Tarsis - Atomic Children Hallucinogen - Jiggle Of The Sphinx (the last part of it) Ominus - We Mean You No Harm (but it changes back and forth between triplets and 16ths so some creative mixing would be needed)
  16. Oh yes, he's the "RARE_OOP_MASTERPIECE!" guy
  17. Yeah I had the 3 first games on SNES, finished all of them 100% IIRC. Perhaps the best platformers I've ever played, gorgeous music aswell <3
  18. In my childhood there was Skate Or Die, on a C64 Other random picks, I've never really been a gamer per se, I just have periods when I play shitloads of games and then keep a break up to a few years. I got Steam last autumn when I bought the new Tomb Raider, so I've been scouting for interesting games on discount Ultima IV: Quest Of The Avatar (C64) Wonderboy (C64) Giana Sisters (C64) Some sidescrolling spaceship shooter game I've forgot the name of Delta (C64) Blood Money (C64) Donkey Kong Country (SNES) 1-3 Super Mario World (SNES) Yoshi's Island (SNES) Xenon 2 Megablast (PC I think...) Doom (PC) 1+2 Descent (PC) Unreal (PC) Tyrian 2000 (PC) Need For Speed (PC) Tomb Raider (PC) excluding Angel Of Darkness Worms (PC) MDK (PC) 1+2 Sim City 3000 (PC) Grand Theft Auto (PC) 2, 3, Vice City, San Andreas Carmageddon TDR 2000 (PC) the 2 previous ones were somewhat meh Death Rally (PC) Hitman (PC) basically all of them, Absolution was eventually a disappointment Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (PC) Portal (PC) 1+2, I have an Aperture Laboratories T-shirt too The Stanley Parable (PC) American McGee's Alice (PC) too bad Madness Returns is so buggy I wasn't able to finish it NetHack (PC) Action Supercross aka Across (PC) FlatOut 2 (PC) Saints Row: The Third (PC) never got around to playing the others but it seems they have some problems on the PC side
  19. Haven't bouhgt anything from him. The nick seems familiar though.
  20. My set from last night, unusually (as in, this doesn't happen all too often) re-recorded today, tired and hungry but in a good mood after a (mostly) good party Tracklist: BlackStarrFinale - Uyulala Crossing Mind - United Pulse N.D.M.A. - Vitan Morphic Resonance - Telekinesis Lunar Dawn - Blessings From Irij (GoaTree Remix) S.U.N. Project - Out Of My Brain (Old School Mix) Cymatics - Endless Circle Man With No Name - Sugar Rush (Refined Mix)
  21. The skinny guy with a dark ponytail Also, see my avatar. I probably won't be at the mainstage when they're playing darkpsy but when I'm there you'll most likely find me looking for the sweet spot somewhere around the middle of the mainstage. Also, earplugs if you dare come close enough
  22. Same here. Been buying CDs via Discogs for over 5 years with no bad experiences. So yeah, you can PM me too for info if you find a seller that has what you want
