OOOD - aLIVE (1996)
ophitoxaemia replied to Colin OOOD's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
Everything is shifted 78 samples, so it affects play for 0.002% of a second at the start and end and the tracks are shifted, not a big deal. -

You used the wrong read offset! -
Their first 2 albums are good (Macrophage best). I never bothered to listen to anything late from them.

Suntrip T Shirts (and the Freeze mix-cd) for sale :)
ophitoxaemia replied to Anoebis's topic in For Sale/ Trade
Actually I think Opus Iridium and all the other compilations have a pretty nice cover, but most of the others are not very good looking, especially Goasia (lame), Khetzal (lame), Ra (lacking) and Filteria (just looks gross). The Ka-Sol artwork is pretty cool I must say. -

CompactStick - the successor of the CD

Is this sucking up day or something?? Where else would a record label be built out of? -
Please don't promote illegal file sharing activities on our forum, thanks.

The artwork looks very simple and cheesy, similarly to lots of their CD artworks. Are you denying that? Maybe you're the real "fucktard" who needs to get glasses. -

I know what FLAC is, I mean, are the files touched in any way between the original 1996 release and now? -
So you're saying... the music is good... if you don't pay attention (listen) to it?! Does it have some subconscious effect?! I guess it's best not played at all, then I don't even have to worry about not focusing on it.

CompactStick - the successor of the CD
ophitoxaemia replied to RTP's topic in Music Making and Production/Industry
Yup. Why 2GB for music that can be compressed to 350-550MB? It's easier to rip and after that you can just delete the music and use it as a usb flashdrive, not that those have much use anymore lol. -
I'd give it another listen to be doubly sure they suck, but their disk is somewhere in the landfill right now.

You're gonna make suntrip famous for bad artwork. -
Let's all avoid using Crop Circles and Filteria in the same sentence. :puke:

Great tracks not available in digital form
ophitoxaemia replied to Basilisk's topic in General Psytrance
There's like a million tracks only released on vinyl. Begging artists to give out their original WAVs for free is a very gay and pathetic way to hear the music. Buy the vinyl or acquire a vinyl rip of it somehow. Put in some effort. Show you deserve to have a high quality of the original track. It's not your god given right for people to give you their hard work rare old music for free. -
Such a unique album can hardly be the definition of goa trance.
-
IFO has 3 amazing tracks and 3 not good tracks. I didn't listen to Tetrahedron that many times, but I know there are lots of pretty good tracks. There's nothing so amazing there though, so I vote IFO.

Unconscious Collective, Crop Circles, Slinky Wizard, Dimension 5 Who are a gay couple who produce psy/goa trance?
-
It is the premix.

I hate to do this, but I'm looking for a translation of this writing. Anyone?
