It's good in its own right, but it lacks the things I mentioned which makes it often seem more simplistic. It's also a lot more sunshiney and lacks darkness.

Well as a listener I'll give you my reply. Even though new goatrance has the same exact type of production old goatrance did, the sound I find very different. I don't mean this as a negative to current goatrance artists, they are making great music but so far I've found only a couple of release really touch the magic of the 90s. The sound back then was certainly more trippy, psychedelic, experiemental and deep than it is today. At least that's how I see it. I like the terms old school and new school because it separates the two styles which are pretty distinct to me.

Colors Of Chaos may as well have been on a Suntrip compilation. Best track here, really good. It also shows a lot of premise of Red Gravitys talent. Mixdownfixdown is also a good. Otherwise I found this a little lacking, mostly feeling unfinished. The tracks are solid but don't really stand out, but since it's free who cares! Check it out if you haven't already.

I actually completely know what it's like to lose a forum like the old off-topic which was so very special for some of you.
