E-Mantra is finally back with a new (mini-album) release under his Night Hex alter ego! And that means it is a little different… slower, deeper, more progressive, more atmospheric, still melodic but a little darker! A mini-album? Yes! As Suntrip is about old school, let’s go back to the golden 90s, when flat jewel case cd-singles were still a part of the scene! Artist: Night Hex Title: Vizuini Nocturne Tracklist: 1. Future releases We are very active now with all our future plans, and it are many! Our next release will be an uptempo release of Mindsphere. We try to release this around newyear! This cd will be part of a Trilogy. The other 2 cds will be one limited ambient release, and 1 other uptempo album! Other albums that are more or less finished now are Ra (yes, finally), an album with old unreleased tracks from Toi Doi for the more dirty goa trance lovers, Crossing mind and Imba and Morphic Resonance who are working hard to have things ready soon as well! Besides this a compilation and some more mini albums are also on the way 3.) Looking for enthousiast volunteers Because Suntrip had it's breakthrough in the mean time, the amount of work doubled, while we are still only 2 guys trying to run this. As we are just "normal" guys with a full time job and a family, this is very time consuming and sometimes on the edge of being possible. We want to be able to concentrate more on music again... And that is the reason we are looking for volunteers who are very handy with modern social media and who has some time to spend online... As we dont earn any money on this label (hard to believe, but still true) the payment is done by eternal grattitude and music... If you think you can help us... Please send a message! 4.) Suntrip vs Bandcamp As you all know we have a bandcamp account. This is a good way to promote artists and music, but because of some recent changes of bandcamp, we have to pay 15-20% royalties on every sold item. Pretty much for a "direct" way of selling. And too much for a label that is struggling to survive. So if you can, and you don't mind, buy your music digital or on cd in our Suntrip shop, and not on bandcamp. Of course we keep bandcamp open, but it would help us anyway! 5.) other merchandising (clothes, other cds,...) Cds: we try to connect the goa-trance scene to the maximum. For this we have collaborations with most other goa labels! Like this their cds are also available in our shop. More easy for you, the customers, to buy your goa-trance! We have a lot of cds in stock again of other labels now, and more are coming soon! Also, we try to have some classic cds in store as well if we find some items... And for now, there are also classics available from artists like D5, Etnica, Asia 2001 etc Clothes: we will make a new batches of new merchandising tools before Christmas! We will make hoodies, some reprints of t shirts, probably even lap top bags and female tops to make everyone happy! Let the sun shine! 6.) Filteria is working on a KOB album, which will happen on Suntrip sooner or later... Whenever he is ready Merr0w is also writing, and we liked some of his tracks for much, so maybe a mini-album like Night Hex we just released? Ajna, no info for a while, sorry. Anoebis Posted December 4, 2015 Author Share Posted December 4, 2015 Hello Suntrip is not only about shiny new CDs every other month, we're also striving to expand our goa vision to places where no psytrance has gone before And that means more partnerships, more merchandising, more promos listening, more travelling, and unfortunately, more paperwork... all this dragged us behing in terms of schedules, and I can tell there will be no more release in 2015. But wait, that's for the greater good: - In case you haven't seen, we have opened our Instagram account (search suntriprecords) that we first tested at the Connection festival, and a bunch of nice people have volunteered to help us with Youtube, Facebook, keeping up with everyone's parties, etc... and we might reveal some big news soon too. - New Merchandising is coming very soon: new tshirts, hoodies, superb laptop sticker lids, just in time for christmas gifts - Another important info, we'll be proud to be Boom festival Ambassadors for the third time for the 2016 edition. Guess what? Crossing Mind (FR) and Aneobis (BE) will be playing there in front of 33333 people !!! - Still craving for some awesome Goa-Trance before christmas ? OK go and buy IFO @ DAT Records (out Dec 4th), this is simply the reissue of the best Goatrance album of all times...and Mind Rewind 3 is coming in the next weeks too. Now the forthcoming releases: There were quite un bunch of twists and turns about the RA album. 2015 or not ? A few months ago I wrote we were fairly certain it would happen in 2015. Alas, that won't be the case. Long story short, it's progressing, but very slowly and you'll have to wait a little more to see the RA uptempo trilogy complete Richpa/Neogoa is working on the artwork. In the meantime, we've got a tracklist from Mindsphere and Ali is pushing his latest touches to his new album. The artwork is being done by the Mimesis Crew from Spain, and we're pretty sure this is going to be our next release, in the very first weeks of 2016. Hint: this album may have a couple of sequels Very soon too, we'll be releasing a ToïDoï album in collaboration with DAT records. Once again, long story short, Federico from DAT was so busy that his ToïDoï album project was running late. He agreed that we take over. We had several discussions with Gilles ToïDoï on the phone in the past weeks, we proposed him a contract and it's all looking good Expect "Psychedelic Home"-like madness !!! Oh I feel very inspired to do the artwork of this one. Crossing Mind is about ready and we HAVE to release his new 2xCD opus before Boom of course Morphic Resonance nearing album completion too ! Imba as well ! Merr0w as well !! not mentioning Cosmic Dimension just sent us 2,5 hours music... and I'm hearing about K.O.B. regularly and we're also collecting great compilation material and there will be a couple of surprises too... ...beyond the question whether it's doable or not, is it even sane to release so much great music in just one year ??? The best tracks of it will be featured in superb quality on this cd, and some other, total unreleased - never heard before tracks Right now we are finalising Mindsphere by the way, and oh my God... Some tracks are similar, some totally different... he has many different "styles", what makes him an amazing artist! Time Paradox (90s trance from Matsuri Productions), Joujouka's debut cd, and Masa's double cd with his unreleased 90s tracks! They are all VERY limited cd printes...
