traveller
This is an old album and that's exactly what it sounds like. Old. IMHO this is just an average album with no special tracks. I give it 7/

Guest HGE
I bought this way back in 1996 i think, and it's still one of my alltime favorite albums. 9/
Guest Zaraknon
The splendid first Posford album - the perfect nostalgic trip nowadays. It makes me re-discover that magical psychedelic world of the early times every time I listen to it. A marvellous trip from beginning till end, everything fits together perfectly. It is hard to choose any favourites among all these classic tracks, however I think the best ones are the insane and uplifting Shamanix - the melody that starts at about 7:30 causes pure euphoria - , the dark and twisted Snarling Black Mabel, which is better than the remix IMO, and the epic Solstice, yeah, I think Solstice is the best track on the album, I just love those magical vibes throughout it. Anyway, the album works best as a whole. I rate this masterpiece 9,75/10 (to make the difference to the IMO even better follow-up ;-) There's so much more I could say about this album but that’s all been said here already. Guest Gh0
Crazy stuff. Although I don´t praise all the tracks like Dark Mangus, it is essentially a GREAT album, something that never will be forgotten. LSD is amazing. Orphic Trench and Alpha Centauri too are good tunes. Something that I will surely use on my sets today. Even in 2002 this masterpiece from 1995 continues to rock. Guest [Anonymous]
LSD is Simon's trademark. His most played track. Twisted is, IMO, the second best psytrance album ever - the best is The Lone Deranger

radi6404
It´s really a shame that noone up to now has post a review of this classic album!  okay here we go: Released: 1995, Twisted Records UK  L.S.D. Orphic Thrench Alpha Centauri Dark magus Shamanix Sharling Black Machel Fluoro Neuro Shponge Solstice Angelic particles short preview   this album is a apsolute must for every psychedelic fan, all tracks are great and there are the best psychedelic tracks ever here. but not only the tracks make this album so incredible, the transmissions between the tracks are like in no ohtercd, if you listen to the whole album you won´t notice really when the track ends, so must a psychedelic album be! I think the best tracks on this album are LSD, fluoro neuro shponge, alpha centauri and solstice.  rating: 10/

Charlie
Yep, it's probably the best psy-trance album ever produced and I feel it's unlikely anything will better it. Â I'd go so far as to say if one held a copy of Hallucinogen - Twisted in one hand and a copy of Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 in their other hand, that person would be holding the greatest music mankind has ever created. Â A bit over the top? No. Not at all.

Oopie
I think my english skills aren't really good enough for praising this album the way it deserves. This is never ageing, psychedelic stormer with seas of acid, a blast to the valley of goa, a firework shot at your feet to guarantee maximum dancing. Â All I can say really is: Simon C'mon Postfraud! Â I know you can pull one more out of your sleeve!
