This is great news. I adore Fiction simply because he crossed a lot of genres and did it so well. I'm very curious to see where he's going to go next... That remix album sounds pretty killer too.

i woudn't hold my breath on any release date they give out. i've stopped waiting for this album as its just become a massive disappointment because they keep pushing it back... year after year after year. i would imagine the music on the CD is from 2005ish. sure quality is all that matters but its become a joke when i think about the album because it just has been so delayed beyond imagination

Was there ever a review for X-Dream's "We Interface/The Mixes" from 2007? Couldn't find it... I'd like to request it

Well after reading all the good reviews on this guy and listening to the samples on the PAR2 site I decided to order his CDs. I paid 20 USD even for both albums and thats with shipping included... You can't beat that price for 3 discs, especially if the full tracks are as good as the samples make them sound! I'll be sure to give my thoughts on both albums once I recieve the discs.

wow its a shame this CD isn't getting more attention. easily blows a lot of the downtempo stuff being released now days

i did like the samples i heard and i'm a big fan of side liner so i'll be keeping an eye out for this release

x-dream never disappoints me. in my opinion, they are one of the few artists that started out as goa trance and continued to released quality music as their style changed over and over again. a new album would be killer with this kind of material

i agree that this album is about as far away from trance as you could get... but then again i see artists like trentemoller get reviewed on here. if the music is good, i have no complaints.

i'm looking forward to the album but i have lost hope of it coming out this year. the album was supposed to come out in like may according to their counter and all the sudden one day there was 3 more months added to the countdown...

After taking a look in Ultimae's online shop, you'll see that they sell the album. So yeah... I guess your theory is shot out the window. Would you sell an album that lied about you in the credits? And don't say that "maybe Ultimae doesn't know he lied". Its very public knowledge about the mastering.

I don't think Ultimae wouldn't have said no to the album. It was mastered by them after all... So i doubt they were against the album in any shape, way or form. He released the album under the same label that his Androcell material gets released under so i'm sure it was just more logical to continue on this way. I enjoy this CD more then Ultimae's last 2 albums

There isn't a whole lot of downtempo or "chill" music that I enjoy. When it comes to psychedelic, i'm much more into faster trance. This album however, caught my attention. It does have a great space vibe and reminds me of the artists on Ultimae. Obviously if you were a fan of Solar Fields' Leaving Home and Extended then you would probably enjoy this release quite a bit.

I was always under the impression that his second album was never due out last year... I was never able to find any information on it. For months he has been promising an album under Telepathik and states hes working on new Phutureprimitive material. What I do know is that he recently started a mastering service.. so it seems he has his hands pretty full. i won't hold my breath on anything this year either

I have both CD versions... Easily one of my favorite goa albums of all time

I was excited to buy this because I am a huge fan of his Last Resort album last year. This 2xCD is a great deal if you own the single disc version of his debut.. but if you're like me and own the limited 2 disc version of the debut then there is some filler on disc 1 of the Chronicles

Decent release. I go back to my post from january when i state that 3+ years since the album this is a bit late for a remix comp. the 2 new tracks are pretty killer though... "the dj is getting mad"!
