What music are you listening to right now?
Oopie replied to Sputum Rotgut's topic in General Psytrance
botfb - tigerhill (Can't wait to get the vinyl! ) -
indeed does you never know if I got some spare money one day and...
-
oh there is? well, most if the stuff I like is released on real vinyls so maybe a vinyl making machine would be eh... a bit of exaggeration?
-
Making own vinyls costs (what I've seen) 20-30 eur for one 12". It's a great way to put tracks on vinyl that were never released (or not on vinyl anyhow ). Have you guys tried? I was thinking of purchasing one or two vinyls with my favourite tracks sometime soon.

yeah, a perfect circle is nice. lost tribe - gamemaster there was time when trance wasn't a curse word... -
alienated - ff orichalcum - live orichalcum & the deviant - orichalcum & the deviant the best of dark sound, pure danish madness. (I think these so called "dark artists" should really listen to this stuff first to get some inspiration...)

FS/FT The Overlords - Organic? (cassette version!)

good idea. I'll do that as soon as I'm quit staring Alexis Bledel's face... -

best track on "equator" for sure. (it was rather dissapointing album overall...) x-dream - piece -
yeah actually I was bidding for some of those items too

this is just my bad taste, but I don't find those unrlzzd CC tracks that spectacular... they're okay but nothing too groundshaking. I could try to refresh my memory a bit...*starts listening* daffy duck is one weird piece... I think the melodies are totally unique and sonic vibration here is ear tickling! I wonder what kind of effects this has on acid... uuh! halley bob (hale bopp?) has quite groovy melody and the basslines are just phenomenal but still it lacks something... this is also more "progressive" track: (in the word's real meaning ) melodies evolve slowly... pentagone is actually a stormer (my crappy memory, it's actually one superb sonic orgasm!). On the same par as "alcyone". Everything is furious here. No more signals is very weird.. and funkee! Like koxbox meets pleiadians... not full on at all, but trippy^trippy. Wonderful way to finish an album (or well, it never kinda did ) I do not have any of the remixes unfortunately... I do have another track by CC too: "cereology" It's minimal piece and I believe the lotus omega guys really did it (??). You can hear it's CC from some elements, but overall I think it's one of the weakest ones those italian maestros have done. And okay I was wrong! Those tracks on "tetrahedron" are excellent, no doubt!

poisonmachine a la mandalavandaalit? I think it was rather good quality, especially the last track had really nicey (cheesey too I admit ) melody. But okay maybe it was overall quite bad... we sure have seen better suomisaundi-times

do you get all your records from ebay or what? I'm wondering how it's possible you always catch such rarities

FS/FT The Overlords - Organic? (cassette version!)
Oopie replied to Oopie's topic in For Sale/ Trade
I have to say I'm a bit surprised there aren't any demand for an item like this. Oh well, it's been sealed for 15 years... what harm can another 15 make? -
you can't
-
man, you should hear the very unofficial and truly east-helsinki sounding "aurinkokunta" release by intriga. was what I remember the best release of the whole year back then (2003) .
-
Love this! Like Seraph mentioned, Koxbox fellas at their peak. Pure perfection from start to finish. This is a bit more melodic stuff than their usual psychedelia. This is sort of what *Time Slices / Perceptor (12")* was for Hux Flux. A grade? I think Seraph already mentioned it.

A cassette version of "The Overlords - Organic?" for trade or for sale (!!). The Overlords' early and beautiful pre-goa/electro/synth-pop sound is surely not to be missed! This is a rare chance to get a hold of rare, still factory sealed, brand new cassette copy of "the overlords - organic?". Includes a bonus track (not released anywhere else I assume) "rhythm 000 (mc only)". I'm not sure how many of these were made, but I'd guess not too many since it's even not on discogs. Surely a collectors item for any self respecful "goa dork" elite shanti baba. For traders: I don't have a want list really. Show me whatcha got and we'll see if there's something to be done.

These non-believers make me sick... just look simon doing his daily routines: feeding his family... reading the manual for new synths... taking care of the booze situation... here's mr. posford converting a full-on lover to join the jolly ol' lads of goa... fans gathered to hear simon swinging that good ol' acid sound... the moment when LSD was finally a finished track...

http://www.solarians.org/tripteaser/mp3/tr...ce_EXE_2005.mp3 I personally can't help myself digging this, even if it's clearly an ocean full of cheddar. Radi's right, my engrish is no good.

they're good alright. "birdy" is I think exclusive to this 12". both tracks are quite mellow and represent lighter koxbox-sound.
-
just say yes.
-
you must've creamed your pants? I haven't seen simonelius the conqueror yet. maybe if he decides to come here.
-
I was pointing to the matter that there was indeed Planet BEN sounding music all the way back in 1993. However, LSD in 1993 was shocking! Both great albums yeah
-
I can imagine! (is sad cause haven't seen koxbox live )
-
I agree. But that doesn't say "TGU" is bad. I think none of their stuff is less than average.
