@ Kryll: of course there was techno with melodies, but you can't deny one of the main things in trance were (are?) the fat melodic leads and arpeggios allover the tracks, in Techno the melodies are way different... The only kind of techno I liked a little was acid-techno, when the 303s were fat enough (but then it is called "acid" I guess) I grew up with Bonzai and it's 1000 sublabels, and in the end the ones I always liked the most for me were the "trance" ones, so that was clear for me

Altough the bassline is full on ish I must say I love that one ALOT, so bouncy and funky at the same time

I just got a message from some other Belgian member someone was posting old school trance mixes under my name... Well, theoretically it isn't the same name, but well, you are mixing Suntrip tracks under the dj name Anubis. I know my "official" dj name is anOEbis, but this gets written mostly wrong when I am abroad, I have seen flyers with: Anoubis Aneobis and yes, mostly Anubis And when you pronounce it, Anoebis and Anubis is exactly the same of course. So I think this may cause confusion for people out there who think I mixed that mix, or you mixed my mixes... if you would play for instance full on or dark, I wouldn't care as it was clear it wasn't me, but if you mix old school as well, confusion is likely... no?

And they ARE stealing from Suntrip as well it seems... But I know we are for sale on at least 5 Russian mp3-shops, nothing you can do about, like some people say... Ignore and make sure people that KNOW your music buy it via respected shops or even via us

Luomuhappo - Pogomatic .... (too hard title anyway) is mostly that kind of 8 bit sound

The best the guys ever made will be Alien Protein for me, simply because I like the smoother and softer more melodic sound a little more then the overloaded maximal 1000-things going on at the same time. But well, all music has a right time, and Tetrahedron is for sure for night-goa trance sets on old school parties... Ifo is a little more morening styled I think.

well, he has enough music ready, we just want it to be PERFECT, and we may kick the weakest tracks out and make sure all the tracks are SUPERB

The new Orthonorma album I like it alot, and it's very melodic, almost trancy at some points

The first Har-Ell albums, the 2 on Nephilim are "milestones", but my god, the music is pure acid techno and the influence was very small imo (luckely enough...) it's just he became California Sunshine afterwards that made the cds more important I guess

I had that alot... Yesterday I was shocked about the sound in the famous "Mushroomman - Crystaldelic". There is a moment where the melody and sounds are exactly like in "Astral Projection - Utopia"
