yes its to vague, sry guys, i didnt sleep for 2 days or something. iam just having problems with the compression and the eqing of kick bass and percs. it used to work perfect, but now i cant get a proper kickdrum without distorting it and the bass. im using waves rvox, rbass, on bass and kick, l2 and rcomp, on one channel bass and kick are sent to + kjaerhus compressors and limiters. its not easy to post all settings, thats why i planned to sent somebody here the .als, if he owns the same plugins. maybe i should take a nap, but i cant, until this is not solved. probaply, i just need to make a new setup of comp and eq, but thats what im afraid of, it used to work.

hey man, really nice melody at 1:10 - it touches my heart yeah, the melody goes the whole track. but it has such a potential, make something big out of it. you have to. what notes / scale is this? the melody? im trying to understand more of harmonics.

you mean first eq percs, kick and bass seperatly, then send to one channel with a compressor in it? i always compress each of them.

your soundcard is problably not compatible with asio, (i dont know about asio4all, perhaps give it a try) and asio is needed for production, of course. but try one thing, vanguard has at the right bottom a window that says "voices", how much are there? 32, 16? try to limit it to 4 for all presets you use in your track, this saves alot of cpu! then tell us if there are still problems, and i think so, because its your soundcard. Solution here : buy a good soundcard, theres a big thread at isratrance, i never read, but you can try, i think you find every soundcard on the planet there . heres the link http://forum.isratrance.com/viewtopic.php/...c/77173/forum/2 then buy more Ram and optimize your pc for audio with the link given above. and i promise your machine will run killer

without a proper soundcard nothing will work. thats what you need first 100 % Sure

i think almost all problems are caused by your onboard soundchip you have. you need a real soundcard and 1 Gb Ram. this is my analysis the good thing is that you then can tranfer both, the ram and the soundcard to a new pc you will probably buy some time. but watch out that mainboard then is compatible to your ram. and please check if you have a sata harddrive and the drivers are installed correctly good luck also try google for "optimizing pc for audio" you can try some tips, i had a good link if i find it again i tell you

your ram is definetly not enough. dont think about a new processor, you need at least 1gb ram. its not that expensive give me the complete details of your pc ( mainboard, operation system etc) and i tell you what is most profitable.

vanguard and albino doesnt sound thin, not in my ears, add compressors, limiters, filters. but thx man you reminded me of my discovery, thats what i need now
