what is the big different between all those famous sequenzers? they have all around same feature, sound is ok. its only about how you feel with it, if it works good with you. intuitivity workflow and stuff. you can make good music with each of them. many ppl own a mac just cause it looks good. but i would go for pc, lower prices, and better compatibility. ....and Piracy! my pc is now one year old, well configured and usually it doesnt crash. never crashed if i only ran the sequenzer, only if also internet explorer running... new hardware has no problems with unstability, it seems, just keep the system well configured, and clean. go for PC.

Vanguard, Albino, Z3ta, muon tau, vb-1 but you also find lots of good free vst here: http://www.kvraudio.com/allpluginsononepage.php and download kjaehus classic series (free), best free effects, better then many you pay for. http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/classic-series.php then learn about compression and eqing. but be sure to download Drumatic vst... you find on kvr, if not pm me i send it to you. it has awesome kicks, really awesome

btw i suggest download ableton demo as well, i dont know about orion, but ableton is amazing, the demo is fully functional, you cannot save though. tuts included, have fun

thx for your reply. yea i have a bcr and stuff, and i can make nice sounds, but i want to feel the synth a real one, cause friend of mine owns a virus, and its complete different feeling if you actually stand in front af such a rack, then haven it virtual. i dunno, its more inspiration

im thinking of buying me a "real" synth, so i can better learn to create nice sounds and to understand i mean i can make nice patches with softsynth, but i dont know i want some real knobs to touch. what do you recommend? i dont wanna spend too much on it, and yeah i have no idea about hardware synths all i know is those famous names
