I have been burned too many times by twisted in the last 5 or so years that I too would never buy blindly from them anymore. A shame; it's nice to see people's music evolve but when it devolves into what other people have done a thousand times before (and better) it's just doesn't sit well with me. I hope they are enjoying it and make new fans as well as they lost me with the majority of Last Days of Gravity and I am sure with a new member who is a singer this will not be something I'll be buying.

Well, the track in the video sounded alright. It was better than most of the tracks on last days of gravity (I only liked the first & last tracks) but I wish they would cut out the singing. As for the pledge idea, good for non-skint people who really love the project. I am not YB's biggest fan so it isn't particularly tempting for me.

I saw him a while ago, I enjoeyd it but I did notice that the only decent tunes he played were old. I am not a new psy hater either, I like a lot of newer stuff, but I find Simon's more recent stuff under the Hallucinogen Moniker is weak as. Brilliant that an Infected Mushroom track is needed in a Skazi tribute video I hope Simon just does what he wants to be honest. If he feels ready to release a new Hallucinogen album then he should. I bet I think it's crap but I am only one man. But if he makes an album from fan pressure that would just suck big donkey balls! Big hairy ones with gangreen.

Yeah, that was my first impression. But I never trust samples. Stil....this just doesn't hold enough to make me want to hand over my hard earned. Especially since Aleph Zero seem to have traded their quality filter for a chav girl's scarf.

If he ever released a Hallucinogen 3 it would be a disappointment. Even if it was good people wouldn't like it as much as their expectations of it. He hasn't even made it and it's already a classic, so imagine the amount of disappointment when it's not. The recent stuff released under the Hallucinogen moniker has been pretty weak. Hallucinogen's best tracks are e & The Herb Garden which makes me hope Simon would make a solo chill album.

I enjoyed this more that I thought I would. I had read a lot of negative things about it one of which was that there was no reason to introduce a love interest for the Mad Hatter. After watching it I was left wondering, who the hell was the love interest and why the hell do some people get paid to right reviews when they have no idea what they are talking about. I guess that reviewer had not even watched it but heard bits of gossip from other people. It's definitely worth a watch but not likely to be a classic.

I like the track, I think I have heard it before but whether it was at a party, mate's house or I have a copy of this lost in the vault (9000km away) I have no idea.

Ka-Sol - North South

On to A Brave New World now. The 3rd chapter was a bit off putting but I am enjoying it so far. I liked the whole dystopia in 1984 but being a lover of dystopian settings I found myself in love with the society & the party and against the main protagonist.
