Celtic Cross - Hicksville (the album). The whole thing sounds like one beautiful acoustic-come-electronic fairytale and is probably one of my favourite electronic releases. Posford and co. at their collaborative-best.

Fair enough. I just never connected with Family of Light at all. To my ears it seemed every sound on the album fell within a very narrow frequency and consequently no melody, no beat, no hihat and no effect stood out. In terms of psy albums, it's probably the biggest disappointment I've experienced but I guess I was expecting another IFO. I got over it after a few years though, the therapy helped a lot.

Do they rap about forests and stuff, the environment, good social systems?

That's a bad comparison to make; remember how disappointing Family of Light was? Anyway, thankfully Fairytale is a lot better.

Astral Projection's tracks almost always remind me of the stars and of space. I've no idea why, they just do.

Let's hope so. Let's hope it rises, phoenix-like, from the ashes and amazes and delights us once more.

I got it this morning, only listened to it once but it seems pretty good and in some ways reminds me of Pleiadians' IFO album. I don't like all the tracks, especially those with the semi-full-on beats, but it's a welcome addition to my catalogue. I think track 4 and, in particular, track 10 stand out the most. Good stuff.
