you could try here: http://www.fusion3.com/find/?field=artistn...eria=pleiadians that's where I got my copy from not too long ago
-
Saikosounds has the Inspyde release of Alien Protein, so it's not that hard to get anymore.
-
Okay, that web page address doesn't seem to work so just try the "GOA links" section of this site and look under "GOA commerical sites."

Kox Box: Dragon Tales (but that's not on your list and it's very hard to get now). So maybe: Forever After. It has a few good tracks but sounds very old (not neccessarily a bad thing) Astral Projection: *Dancing Galaxy*, Trust in Trance, Amen, Another World, In the Mix, Astral Files (in that order) Etnica: Alien Protein SUN Project: Macrophage For two good guitar tracks try, The Delta: As a child I could walk on the ceiling Johann: Stranded (The Delta remix) As for shops, I use mostly Saikosounds, but you could also try Psyshop, Trancetrax, Chaos Unlimited... (check this for more ideas: http://goatrance.free.fr/links/commerc.htm)

actually try 'Passenger - Uplifting' it should fit the bill nicely

Well, if it's mixed, that just about kills it right there eh? I went back a checked the track listing more closely. There's six or seven wicked songs on there. There is also a few songs I haven't heard from established groups (can't comment on those), and a few songs from groups I've never heard of, so I can't comment on those either. Final result, I bet you've got 8 or 9 good tracks out of the 18, which means you really have 1 CD's worth of good material (perhaps not so solid afterall). But given the price (roughly the same as a single CD), it may not be that bad a deal. Bottom line, I suspect a large part of the negative reaction comes from the way it's packaged. It reminds me of the "This is..." series of electronica compilations. These things are usually sneered at by people who are really into a genre, but they can be a great way for someone to stumble upon something they would never have found otherwise. The second goa CD I ever got was some double CD mixed by Tsuyoshi and Sid Shanti called "Hypnotic Trance 4" (or something cheesy like that). Anyway, I wouldn't likely buy something like that anymore, but it was a great discovery for me at the time. So why knock it? So this CD is "for people which dont know shit about goa" ... Probably, but is that a bad thing? And it's for "the posers." That's a bit harsh don't you think? Possibly even elitist?

That truly sucks man. Good luck to you rebuilding! Let's at least hope the bastard who took them at least appreciates what he got.
-
It may not strictly be GOA, but it looks like a solid comp.
-
I wish they just had an area for psytrance that way you could have a link for it in your browser and check it easily and regularly and know you were seeing all that was available.
-
Yes! We must not forget Jaia. Mai Mai what a track!
-
"Classical music ridicules trance" maybe so, but then it all depends on what standards you're using. Personally, I can't stand most classical music, but I love trance, so in my mind, they can't be all that similar. Eh, whatever though. I don't really care to compare them. To each their own.

What is ---> a "cd case insert" ??? On related note, my favorite CD cases are all clear old style plastic CD cases with cool artwork front, back, and inside.
-
Just do a search on the forum for it. Here is one link: http://onewayltd.dyndns.org/psyforums/read...i=61595&t=61248

either that or we are about to launch into completely uncharted territory, yes, we are about to boldy go where no psytrancer has been before... an mp3 debate to download or not to download? that is the question
-
Yup, that's where it's from. Great song, not a great movie though.

You should post this in the off-topic forum and you'll get more of a response that way.

followed by... some Hallucinogen? Followed by everything else... Let the addiction begin!
-
Does anyone else notice the trend here? Oldschool goa forever...!

For what it's worth Jaimz, I like the wishlist system. Basically, I have used it to create my own personalized catalogue.
-
I dont Like I.M. Dark Soho and Hallucinogen & Shpongle :

Well said! -
It's not that hard to figure out. You just browse their catalogue and add whatever you want to your "wishlist," by clicking on the add button (while you are logged in under your ID). Then you click "place order" (while you are logged in, of course). Then you fill in the quantities of each item on the wishlist that you want (you don't have to order everything on your wishlist). Then you fill out the rest of the order info and presto. I just got an order from them using the new system and it worked like a charm.

Unlike some, I don't get mad or insulted when I see a post like yours, but I disregard it as pointless. I don't collect mp3's, and I don't get sent promo's or unreleased stuff by artists, so a list of fav's I have never heard of and can't buy is totally useless. Why not post your favorite released tracks?

In no particular order (from 95-00) and according to my opinion here's a top 10: Astral Projection: Trust in Trance Astral Projection: Dancing Galaxy Cosmosis: Synergy Electric Universe: Stardiver Etnica: Alien Protein Jaia: Blue Synergy (or Blue Energy) Man With No Name: Moment of Truth MFG: New Kind of World Transwave: Helium X-dream: We Created Our Own Happiness
