Yes it is a nice mix. I like the Kiwa tracks. Might have to get that album some time. Daniel, I wouldn't say it's full-on in the Astrix/Alien Project/etc. sense.

I agree with rx7 and basi. I'd give my left nut to go to an event with a lineup like that (well maybe not my left nut, but you get the idea). You lucky Euro's!!! One of these days, when I get out of school and have cash again, I'll travel to a festival like that.

Hey, I got Astrix - Eye to Eye a while ago and really enjoyed that. Now, if you don't like that kind of sound, please don't reply, but if you do, then I have a question for you... As part of a larger order I want to get one CD in that area. I was thinking of getting the new Silicon Sound album, but I know there's lots of similar stuff out there. What would you reccomend?

Their newer sounding stuff makes me cringe. It's like listening to white noise with a heavy distored bass drum in the background. No life. It's dull and flat.

Get Moment of Truth before Earth Moving Sun. All above suggestions are good. I would also add MFG - New Kind of World and Electric Universe - Stardiver. EA would probably say get Tandu - Mulitmoods although that's not one of my fav's.

I have both albums and Eye to Eye is way more enjoyable in my opinion. Highlighted albums used to be more for classic or groundbreaking albums now it seems to be more of what was most popular during a particular year. If you think only classic and/or groundbreaking albums should be highlighted then GNOTR should be and it's too early to tell for anything last year. On the other hand, if you prefer to have popular albums highlighted then there is nothing wrong with Astrix being highlighted. It's based on votes I believe. Enough people liked it to vote that way.
