  1. Should be easy to find with subs these days as both Eureka and Criterion has released it on DVD/BD. If you liked it you should definitely look into some of the old supernatural Hong Kong horror films made by the Shaw Brothers studio. They have a similar psychedelic feel to them with colored lighting and weird special effects.
  2. All you guys into the Evil Dead series should check this one out:
  3. Mad skillz. Thanks! Does anyone know if the white version of the Tokyo Tekno Tribe comp came with an OBI? (http://www.discogs.com/Various-Tokyo-Tekno-Tribe/release/140665)
  4. Techno, Acid, House, EBM, PE, Noise etc. Every genre has it's diamonds. Phenomenal House:
  5. The new Watain album is finally out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sD1cuA1w64
  6. The first one is not unlike those two, but the comedy-element is heavily toned down. It's quite a bit darker.
  7. The original was very inventive for it's time.
  8. I think I'll just have to listen to it I just bought this very interesting looking comp - http://www.discogs.com/release/870612
  9. Was just listening to Dunes of Gold again, and I've got to admit that It sounds fucking great. Even Amen has grown a lot on me lately. What's happening to me?!
  10. That sounds good to me. Is it as dark as Satisfaction was?
  11. That's exactly my point. NIN is Industrial for people who are totally ignorant to the genre.
  12. I think a possible future of the genre could be a return to a rawer hardware-based sound. That's something that still hasn't been explored on a larger scale. Could you imagine your favorite producers doing 10-30min hardware jams? Could be absolutely amazing. I sadly think most people are too scared to do it. To give up control like that. It will take someone real special to create that much needed dent in psy-reality.
  13. Could never relate to the hype surrounding Trent. Whenever I think of him I think of his godawful productions splattered with lyrics that are even worse. Not to mention the rapping... I'd take Front 242, Skinny Puppy, Clock DVA etc. over his weak emo-version of EBM any-fucking-day. Sorry guys, but that's just my opinion...
  14. Definitely something I'll have to check out.
  15. Awesome! I've got the Charm album. Some of the tracks are pretty good.
  16. But wasn't the Matsuri pressing of Forever After just a re-release?
  17. Yeah, Yumade, Paps and the Databass crew sadly lost their edge rather quickly...
