  1. ...which is the reason why giving huge lists like yours, bwhale, is useless. I have most of the releases on that list, but those I don't have I will check out now. Chances are they are great. Chances are, that list is anything but useless. but you already knew that, bwhale. I like that sentence. Good thing that isn't the point. Damn tool.
  2. Woah, great initiative! I'll post some suggestions later! :posford:

I just saw Cohen brother's "Barton Fink" (1991). Enjoyed it tremendously. If you liked the thematic structure of Pulp Fiction, and the directing of O' brother where art thou, check it out. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101410/
  4. I really enjoy bashing IM. I paid for their 4 first albums, that gives me the right. I didn't just buy those albums, I bought a promise of neverending amazing music. They breeched that binding contract, they pay the consequences. :drama:
  5. If anyone draw parallells between hitler and jews, because the Infected Mushroom boys come from Israel which is a Jewish state, then you're sadly missing the point and should excert your unneccesary moralism elsewhere.
  6. So, they deleted the thread with the video at infected mushroom's forum? That's a strange thing to do, isn't it?
  7. Duvdev sounds like having an accident every time he approaches the microphone. Heyoooo!
  8. Maybe not. I think I see what's going on. The electric guitars are literally deafening out erez' synths - i've noticed this in the youtube videoes i've been able to see through.. he's rendered redundant. yet he's kept there.. hmm.
  9. I heard from someone i talked to working with shiva shidapu back in the day that duvdev had actually prevented erez from playing sets with DJ Jörg and told him to focus on their new album (which then was Converting Vegetarians). So, good luck trying to pry Erez away from that duo..
  10. Let's party like it's 1999, dudes! :posford:
  11. True, but I had the feeling the original one was hacked, and before it was taken down and turned into www.twisted.co.uk back in the day, the hacked one had been saved on that site, forever preserved. How's that for theory.
  12. I rather wish infected mushroom's site would be attacked by these cakes. But if Hallucinogen's site was moving anyway.. then i see no reason to spare our friend Simon from sweet sweet pastry.
  13. I'm going the 30th yes, that was the first and initial date, but then recently they added 31st. Hey - let's meet up Psytones! :posford:
  14. http://www.icetec-uk.com/icetec/Carcinogen/ Maybe this is older than OLD... but what is this? It's just full of cake everywhere. Did... feathers hack the old hallucinogen site back in the days?

  16. I laughed, and laughed, and laughed. One of the very best movies I've seen in the recent years.
  17. Oh yes, very good. Many of those tracks are classic in my mind, especially "freedom from the flesh" - the best trancey TIP track of all times. The mystery of the yeti track is an interesting one too!
  18. It's funny how negative criticism of this forum's beloved music spawns comments like "opinions are divided" and "you can't say it's rubbish just because you don't like it", and even giving biological, physical reasons for why on earth someone should dislike an artist or an album, and that there are severe "flaws" in one's "arguments". How about some of you try and understand why someone would dislike; in this case Ishq? I already laid out my arguments for why I'm not a huge fan. Replying with "you're wrong" is hardly convincing, chaps.
  19. One thing is certain; seeing Ott live is about four thousand times better than hearing the studio albums, and even a recording of his live sets. Dum-chaka chakca chaka, dum dum chacka chacka. Repeat. The only track that really, really has some fire under the kettle is "Joyful Wonder", which easily is among my top 20 tracks in history.
  20. I actually agree bwhale. I find 95% of it uninspiring and very dull, although I used to like it. Matt Hillier's sound is not diverse, and track variation suffers in my ears. It's a feeling of being tired of the entire artist after one listen to one track, although I'm exaggerating to make a point. There's just so much else, so much better stuff out there.
  21. Freedom! Freedom from the flesh! bom chicka chicka waw waww dududud
  22. I think this will be my favourite Aes Dana album. First 5 listens were with smooth psychedelics, and now sobered up it still offers that great depth that works through the ultimae albums. Great, great album.
  23. This is by far one of the worst movies I've seen lately. Here's a shocker: the "reverse aging" thing they implemented does nothing at all to the plotline. We're left with a movie whose theme is "the life of benjamin button", which is a horribly boring life. Horrible CGI, Brad Pitt plays really, really bad compared to his best movies. Too long, boring, awful.
