  1. Minilogue - Animals (Cocoon, 2008) Should definitely be in the list.
  2. Ritchie's label M_nus releases minimal, but it's not my cup tea, there are great tracks on albums and compilations though.
  3. I liked that one too, but not as much as Bruno Pronsato (you should really check it out). Onur Ozer sounds more just-playing-with-synths laptop-music compared to Pronsato. But that's IMO, of course
  4. Downbeat. discogs.com, Native State (Evan's label) shop and New Land Music web-site state it's 2007, but http://www.evanbartholomew.com/ says jan. 2008. 3:1 I guess we could count it as 2007 release
  5. AFAI understand only "Hitchhiker’s Choice" and "Jamaica" were previously released? Looking forward. Tomorrow is the L-Day
  6. I loved these (as for artist albums) Efdemin - Efdemin (Dial, 2007) Pantha du Prince - This Bliss (Dial, 2007) Bruno Pronsato - Why Can't We Be Like Us (Hello? Repeat, 2007) Stewart Walker - Concentricity (Persona, 2007) Aril Brikha - Ex Machina (Peacefrog, 2007) As you can see, totally not dancefloor stuff. Did I miss something interesting lately?
  7. OK... that's it. ...yeah I got a spare hour and wanted to count down everything myself but realised that all the votes are gone.
  8. He's also got a track @ VA - Sinister Sunrise (Resonant Earth, 2005) and my fav "Voyager II" @ VA - Opus Iridium (Suntrip Records, 2008)
  9. You get banned after reviewing mp3s...
  10. Didn't like their stuff since first Planum.
  11. There's no need to compare volume 2 and 3. Afgin, E-Mantra and KOB are my favs here
  12. Hello everyone! Today we throw 5 Overdream tracks for you: download and have fun listening! More and more Ukrainian artists are being released
  13. Allaby collaboration is a winner here. Any info on his album? All in all, a decent album by Zen Mechanics, though I can't really name anything in the full on field that pleased me this year.
  14. Track by track vs overall feeling? Is it worthing going into the detail?
  15. It's more melodic, so I can't say that's really minimal or something. Nothing original - well, yes. But I'm happy they took this directing, that's much better than popsy-house/electro trends in shitty psypsog compilations. Hyzer will deliver with time.
  16. After their latest album, Vibrasphere guys started a new project called Hyzer to concentrate on more experimental (as they call it) side. All in all Hyzer sounds like a continuation to Exploring The Tributaries. Also you can make a parallel to Fiord, Antix' side-project. They have already got a release, it's a remix to Antix' Circade and it's available on Antix - Wandering DVD. Check http://www.myspace.com/hyzermusic for samples. Ensueno remix is breathtaking You can notice that Open Records are their friends at myspace... After their VA - Festivus featuring Wombat (SCS side project), Fiord, D-Sens they established themselves as one of the leading psyprogg labels for me. Lets wait and see what happens between Hyzer and Open Records Also I wrote a mail to Vibrasphere, they said that Hyzer album will see the light no sooner than 2009 and that there's another Vibrasphere album coming between now and then Sweet
  17. No it doesn't, sorry I'm happy they took another direction, this album is actually better than the last 2, but they need to work a bit more to explore the depth. It has potential.
  18. E-Mantra's Moon Horns is like 2-3 years old. I wonder what he's up to atm
