Penzoline Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago I could not have foreseen the importance of goatrance when I first started listening to it in 2007. Is there any other electronic genre that covers such a wide variety of topics or atmospheres? No, not really. (Well, maybe ambient). Whatever came after it, is just a fragmentation of truth. Fullon, forest, hitech and so forth - they're all fragments. We had everything neccesary already during the 90s - during the time I was completely oblivious to what the whole thing meant. Today a young man on acid... energy, atoms, fractals - we're a part of the cosmic. There is no greater truth. And it's such a cosmic joke that the original artists didn't even know what they were participating in - probably. We talk alien, we are alien. We're literally floating in space. Just listen to pleiadians, it'll all make sense. Embrace psytrance, we will ascend. The funniest part is, whatever I wrote above, I would've said "this guy is fucking crazy" before entering 2026. Stop reading the news, it'll all be ok. Let's keep doing what we do. This forum had a purpose, and still does. Our genre is very fucking important and always will be. And everyone who participated in it, is also important. Love you guys. This thread is not that important, just wanted to say my thanks. To everyone. Let's keep the spirit of goa alive. 1 Quote

And thanks for finding the words to say something many of us have probably been thinking (I know I have) about the deeper significance of Goa trance. I would not call myself religious but the themes it touches certainly help me to feel more grateful and happy and a little closer to finding peace with my place in this incredible reality. Quote
