I did not read the entire topic. But what helps for me... 1. A sleeping ritual. Like reading or watching the same series or book every night. Get your brain conditioned that it knows it's bed time. 2. No sports 2 hours before you go to bed. 3. No sugar, caffeine etc... depending on how sensitive you are... and keep your mind clear, don't get overexcited positive or negative thoughts included !

I'm wondering who they copycatted from back then (taking into account all artist copycat a bit off course) I know people who have a been around as long as you (in a matter of speech) and also would vote Classical Mushroom as one of the best, so that's not a guarantee.... True... I still like the first one most and the second because those were the ones that I heard first, simple as that. Combined with the fact that sphongle pioneered a bit, they had the benefit that I (and many people) payed a lot of attention to those albums... The remix album never did it for me... And the mystery of the 13 crystal skulls tracks is imo one the best psychedelic trance tracks made...
