There are descent tracks in this comp! its a shame they spare the melody production.. it feels a bit lame compared to other stuffs they have done... probably they dont want people playing the game crashing into a wall or something because of spacing out to the great layers and melodies

holymen, shiva shidapu and mystica was the first ones came up into my mind.. misted muppet and beathackers sounds like failed IM offsprings pumped with full on steroids. talpa is innovative psytrance with im/hallucinogen influence. lemurians are full on! maan u dont know whats nitzhonot?

that lunar civilization melodie is one of the best, crazy, energetic oriental melodies i ever heard in a goa-trance track! there is another one in petalec vibes i like. but that is labeled as an etnica track (unrlsd).. they were stupid and released it @128kbps verision in mp3.com site.

Crop circles - different species ownz! lunar civilisation too !! Who would have been dissapointed those 2 appear on 'crop circles - tetrahedron' album? they are masterpieces!! i also love pentagone! everyone who loves quality goa-trance will treasure these trax! the label went bancrupt after the guys had sold their rights of the tracks to them! so the trax went down with the label!! thats why there never was an album!

But its weird Grover Smith, a twisted ambient genius? ... never heard of him before? sounds more like a newcomer than an in-house twisted genius? .. does anyone else hear the production skills in black ops similar to ott? perhaps he mastered the track?

i agree deedrah remix is better, but that track sadly also get boring pretty quick.. the arrangement is nothing to gasp in awe at..it is not as intruiging as some of the pleiadians tracks, or as psychedelic as some of simons stuff. still the melodies and the "sound" is mindblowing, thus its one of my fav trax anyway

i agree with anno domini !! beautiful track! i think monsters have the same kind of "anno domini album" feeling.. its sad the track is somehow ruined by the super-reverbed guitarrs.

PATHFINDER is a meditational trance-induced masterpiece! first time i listened to it i couldnt' get into it but then i heard it once when in a better mood and i got it wholeheartedly!! the 'pathfinder' is an excellent name for a track that takes you on a journey through the garden of eden I have always wondered what made this track special and unique.. perhaps the tribalness and the beat is very meditational.. perhaps it is the spiritual aura that oozes from this track.. perhaps it's the hard sound together with a progressive harmonious choirs and chants is the answer.. only let-down about this track is that it could have progressed even further, and then it would have been one of the best tracks ever.. well it still is.. for me what trance melody are you talking about?

Do psynews staff know if Out of orion owns the rights to these tracks??!! same thing happened with crop circles - tetrahedron (they signed contract) and then label went bancrupt, thus making the release impossible... i signed contract, and i wonder if they own any kind of rights to my track now or not?

i was planning to see him this year, either in sonica or the freedom festival that will be my big trip of this year ^-^ Simon really gives the audience a real live experience and not just a retail cd spinning around while pretending to twist the sound with some knobs in an unplugged effectmachine =P @ what party did you see simon?

Listen to some Prometheus trax from robot-o-chan.. some of them has full on basslines but they are really good progressive trax with lots of ambience and thought put into it!

well if fartnoises and astral bathroom visits is the deal to make people elevated, then so be it!

I feel "psychedelic" has a misleading feeling too it.. like most people interpret it like som psychotic state of mind where evrything has to be fart noises but IMO The greatest thing about full-on was to exclude the name "trance" in it !!!because if you look at the technical aspects of full-on there is no trance involved at all!

i dunno whats psychedelic with fart noises, rolling basslines, silly melodies and constant breaks to kill the trance have to do with mind-expanding awareness. perhaps you can tell me! Sorry for generalizing, i really agree like 0.5% of the full-on is psychedelic, and i love those tracks..!! but the majority feels like kids with no talent, playing around with downloaded warez versions of fruityloops and vsti's. then they release an album that sounds exactly the same as everyone else! Competing with who has the best version of the full-on formula.

the kick masterz? since i never heard anything else that is groundbreaking or original with their music.. i was laughing when i heard the futile attempts of copying infected and others ideas. others have been there before.

I started listening in 1999 to goa/psy!!! I was very negative to "boring repetitive" non-inspired techno music at the time since i had never heard the goa/psy style before!! But a friend insisted that there exist really great music so she showed me some good ol' infected mushroom (gathering album) and astral projection tracks .. then i heard Hallucinogen, shakta, transwave etc! it went downhill from there! thus i got stuck forever in this neverending serotonine release heaven! It was exactly the kind of music i was searching for!! I felt like it was speaking to my soul!! yeey! No other music make me feel this way other than ambient stuff!
