  1. I was just about going to mention this as well, it's what we call the 'potestatieve voorwaarde' in dutch law, and it it causes a lot of legal issues (let's say it's forbidden in 99% of the cases). This wouldn't have been the case if you had been more specifically about the circumstances under which the contract could change. Of course, there's probably hundred of other remix competitions with the same foggy and dodgy rules, but that doesn't make it any more legitimate... I'd say article 9 should be read together with article 11, which has a way more concrete basis. Article 11 mentions the 'unforeseen circumstances' (while article 9 mentions nothing at all). Thus article 11 might be applicable here. Giving two of the remixers an alternative price is the solution! And oh, a competition is clearly a contract too, there's a consent between several parties. Who told you that this aint the case?
  2. Ela malakas Great remix, you can hear a lot of work has been put in it, I love it!
  3. The DH remix is indeed quite cool, not my style but it has tight sound and good groove! Like Arronax, I was quite sure this one was going to win, since I had the impression that the Elysium guys weren't exactly looking for "(Old/Newschool) Goa" (in the way most of the Psynewsers would use that word).
  4. I got a whole batch of unreleased tracks from him, they are easily to be found through P2P networks. I believe the guy is not into music anymore though, I remember he was doing something with web graphics etc ... And yeah, the album contains some killer tracks, fo sho!
  5. A lot of futurepop and synthpop, basically. The one that haunts my mind atm is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZblhtukyPg
  6. Deviant Electronics & Etnica debut album...both are great, but way too pricy!
  7. As you guys mentioned, Discogs is notorious for its exaggerated prices. Better go and check Ebay if you want to find some cheap goodies (it requires some patience, though )!
  8. That's indeed a huge classic!! Still to be found on many Retro House/Trance compilations these days (that's the way I got hold of it somewhere in 2005 I think)...
  9. The Portamento one is really nice! Actually I'd like to listen more speedy New/oldschool stuff like this! 160 bpm iz co0l!
  10. Imo he will make more Oldschool, well, that's my guess. The Cosmic Lobster remix back in 2003 was pure Old/Newschool !
  11. Awesome! Impressive stuff!
  12. Some of you might know already, but I just found out myself today while browsing facebook... ->Click Here<- Sounds totally awesome to me! I love the first album and the Ethereal remix he did!
  13. *Filteria - Earthrise *Chi-A.D. - Liquid Neon Sky *Deviant Electronics - Oystadub *Polyploid - Touch Proof *California Sunshine - Summer '89 And more shiz!
  14. Vox played an awesome live here in Belgium last weekend! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fkjfba3WiS8&feature=player_embedded Behold, the master of Powergoa
  15. EDIT, updated with some more CD's I'm looking for. This time, I don't mind if the CD's are in bad condition, as longas the coverart is still OK!
  16. I voted the black dots!
  17. goa porno freak xD

  18. Very cool track ...a bit more orientated towards the dark & paranoic styles of Psychedelic Trance, but without loosing grip and keeping a nice straight-on bassline & kick. Good job!
  19. Updated list...found Nachman and Typhoon Trance and I also got a Cyan - Braindance now, but I'm still hunting a copy in better condition ... Also added Hatikva, Goldenfinger and Transistance 2 to the list.
  20. I think it's better than both Sundrops and Apsara! Overall a really sweet compilation, I'm sure I'll play it a lot this summer while taking walks through the sunny forest! ^^
  21. Kicks serious ass, track 1=wooooo
  22. Hm, then there's a typo in the album artwork I believe!
  23. Vox also told me they had some collab stuff! Too bad it never got released ...
  24. Omg the chameleons! Luuuve! I recognize Sytrus instruments in "Angels". Also, that tune has a nice kick and good flow...but I don't like the melodies that much (ah wait the intermezzo melody on 3:24 is funky!).
  25. OK OK, I admit. But keep this quite will you? We had a pact!
