  1. Have to agree with that too, I am currently trying to do the same to some of my friends (making them appreciate it) that have'nt heard Derango's music before... It's all about the layers hehe
  2. DIFINE MELODY maybe it doesnt sound like a normal humanoid melody really, its sounds like weird elfs making music in a dark magical forest, well twisted elfs, but eh that doesnt mean that it's not a melody dude! But u dont have to like this cd man... thats is up too your taste buds!
  3. I LIKE! Goa Helvede til, very funny in danish.. for the rest of u it proberbly doesnt make sanse! Yeah really like Snap, Crackle & Pop - Where is pop really, great track!
  4. This looks really nice for sure! Great work! That little guy gets bounced around for sure heheehehhe Great track aswell fits very well with the imagery!!!
  5. Nice work, it has a nice spirit feel to it I like the last one the most!
  6. Great album, I can't get enough of the stories told by this music , yeah and accually telling a whole story (with actual words) in "tommy is dead" is a great idea! Does anybody know who is the guy telling the story, as said its sounds like the same guy in Talpa - People are like animals... he has a great story telling voice for sure... And to all those people still babling about infected ripoff, get a life! Filitera has the "same" sound as Plaidians... (more than Nystagmus sounds like infected IMHO)... But I don't see any problem in getting inspiration from other artists... Well most people does that...! I just think its nice somebody as has taken up what was left of Infected heritage after they morphed into crappy cormmercial singing euro trancy shit IMO! As acts like Nystagmus, Talpa and The Misted Muppet has done! Why should epic styled psy trance die there?
  7. Kenosis: funny to hear some 180 bpm psychedelic... a bit too happy hardcore if there would be a full album... but nice to get some different perspectives. And the melodies are great, very uplifting in this pace and good complexity without that it would'nt work....! Flying cowboys: I like the production (off course mastering never hurts) but the foundation is definetly there. As you said your self very cheesy in the end but up to that point it worked well for me. By the way who made the artwork on the on the webpage your songs are on? Looks good!
  8. Have to agree with most people here this is great music! I give it a 9/10! And I really found out how this mind altering music worked after I tried it with a joint in my mouth and some sweet ass headphones and I cranked it up! OH my god! That is something I can recorment to everydody Fuckin great shit....
  9. Did'nt expect to hear what I heared when I played this album (comming from Trishula)... It's weird and psychedelic but not hard and pounding... so good to be suprised by something different, personly thats why I like psytrance... Well off course not all psytrance are very inovative (to say the least) but still when artist stray away from their normal paterns of making music I see no where with better potential to make incredibel and unforseen stuff then with psychedelic music... In the end only the imagination is the limit... Well I guess I really like to be suprised by the music I listen to, thats why I like this album! Peace
  10. I met a weird alien..... love that sample... Great shit for sure one of the first children of weird psychedelic chill music! Which have brought us so much good!
  11. Im in Bangkok now, here is fine! No psymusic though... Pathaya I dont know man mostly old white nasty men with their hookers no fun for me anyway. I never whent to Phuket even i have lived in thailand for 9 month (total)... I never felt like going there to be honest! If you want psymusic should to go to the islands (Koh Phangan especially) go there on the black moon or half moon parties (full moon is more commercial)....
  12. Lets hope so! Younger Brother had some really trippy/nice shit (at the same time) *exampel: Crumblenaut*, I know thats a few years ago, but he still has the psychedelic edge thats for sure, and thats enough for me to the keep the hope up!
  13. YOU ARE ALL SICK HERE!!! But I know what u r talking about I saw him twice at a festival in portugal last summer, he was playing a shpongle set with weird beard Ram in the chill tent and he played a hallucinogen set on a 120 kw sound system! ORGASMIC!
  14. No way! He really just is one of the few from back then I can still listen to without getting bored (I mean his old tracks and off course not all of them) but LSD, Orphic Thrench, Gamma Goblins and similar stuff is still great, only the best can stand the test of time, and he has!
  15. Will there be coming something from you Sensient ( I mean your own projet(s?)) in the comming year? I just had to ask....
  16. So good to finally hear that something is comming from your label! I have been looking forward to this! Keep up the good work mate!
  17. Looks and sounds really promising! I wanna go to Japan
  18. Great comp for sure one of the best this year, I love beeing in the forest welkin is one of my favorit Derango tracks, just have some breaks that really gives me goosebumbs (myrepatter), just amasing! All the tracks is just nice twisted and fun to listen too, I love music with lots of good surprises like these
  19. I voted for average.. can't really remember how I felt last year. So really I think its a bit difficult to messure, so average it was.. but we had some good releases fore sure.. Nystagmus -The Immaculate Perception was brilliant! Other good releses: Shpongle - Nothing Last... Derango - tumult Sensient - Pressure Optimal Entheogenic - Dialogue of the Speakers Planum - Elaborate Broken Toy - Broken Toy and many others i can't remember right ahh yeah almost forgot: V/A - Boldly Audio (Sanaton recs)
  20. I love this album, but ist not good for hang overs, but who cares My favorit tracks could be All Chanels Open or Poisonous Square. Just blows me away! And the basslines are hard and so are the beats, just accept it and enjoy!
