I got this last week. The tracks are cleaned up with slightly better production but not really remixed to make much of a difference unless you listen to each version back to back. At least of the X-Dream tracks on this comp that I already owned. If you don't own much X-Dream stuff it's a good buy.

I'd only pay a lot of money for some really good music that I really wanted but too pay so much just because it's rare seems a bit daft. I'm going to find this cheap in some backwater record store I know but I wouldn't pay much for it, as I remember it's quite an average release.
