I'm listening to Eat Static - Crash & Burn It's very unlike other eat static albums in that it's not particularly spacey ufo centred trance. It reminds a little of the hi-fi companions album in that it's quite jazzy & makes me think of the 1950's. This is a little better though IMO as some of the tracks still have a dark twilight zone edge. This thread should take off if the likes of Radi don't continue to spam it & @ radi, if you really want to talk about psy trance then why don't you. If you notice on this site people are discussing all the time. In the reviews & in general & they actually discuss not just praise 2 artists non stop & ask for recommendations to steal.

I really enjoyed this track. Very musical & could be quite beautiful but I'd have to agree that it's not the best ever. I prefer tracks like Tripswitch - Deer Park, Hi-Fi Companions - Skyclad & The Infinity Project - The Answer. There is alot of competition.

I might be alone on this one but I thought the Hallucinogen track was one of the weaker tracks on that album.

I know it's too late but here's what I thought of that track! 8. The Bomb They really wanted the self titled track to stand out I think because they sandwiched it between the too worst electric guitar ridden pieces of generic guitar fullon shit I've heard recently. As you can guess by the title this track is crap. Absolute crap. No wait it's not crap it's utter, horrible, disgusting, faeces, eating hot poker through the eye then pour lemon juice into the gaping wound CCCCRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!! It's painfully bad. If you listen to this and you didn't like science then make SURE you skip this. If you thought science was okay then make SURE you skip this. If you thought science was really good then make SURE you skip this. I don't like rating things with numbers but I'll make an exception for this track 0/10. FUCKING AWFUL PIECE OF SHIT! Should be skipped if you listen to it.

When reading reveiews where people say it is full-on you might have to take into account when it was written or by who. I remember a time when full-on just meant a very energetic, fast paced stomping beat! GNOTR was called full-on for example. But nowadays & especially on this forum, if someone says it's full-on then it's usually to describe the generic, israeli pop trance that is passing for psy these days
