That makes sense but some of these guys have 20+ alliases. Same label same style! I always feel that it is crap artists (I know this isn't always true) that have so many aliases because if there music was good then they would sell more using just the one name but if there music was crap then they would sell more using loads of different names.

Why do people have so many aliases?

This is my whole point Radi. The percentage of good music against bad music in the 90s was higher than it is today. The percentage of good music being released is now much lower, however there is more good albums released this year than in any year in the golden age. They are just harder to find.
