    The only time I've seen the term Psychedelic Techno is in Psytrance compilations like Goa-Head. Although in the case of Goa-Head they mostly meant progressive than actual Psy Tech. Anyway I personally use both Psychedelic Techno and Psy Tech for the same music, but I'm not into Techno so I don't know if Psychedelic Techno (as a Techno genre) exists.

    original remix Basically a completelly different track with a hint of the original melody. I love both BTW. And of course the Darshan remix of Spiritual Healing (can't find a youtube link wtf). I don't know what the hell Darshan were thinking.

    You're right and this has been discuused many times before here. But like you said we all know what I meant. Another MFG chord change goodness. Not many here, but a great example of how they can push a track even further.

    Since you liked Braincell I highly recommned Rastaliens (Braincell with another artist) Very melodic, non cheesy, not very aggressive or dark with story telling melodies.

    I think most techno is not very melodic that's all. Or at least if someone looking for melodies I think Trance would be his no1 choice.

    You turned to techno for melodies? That's kinda strange.

    I think because it's on the ambient side than the downtempo/idm style of most Ultimae. Either way it's amazing.

    I prefer melodic psy, but I have no problem with no melodies as long as the the music is interesting. That's why for example I love both Goa and Darkpsy.

    Solar Fields-Movements & Altered-Second Movements and Hybrid Leisureland-Scroll Side. But the truth is that everything from Solar Fields and Asura is top notch. Least favourite? I guess some of its recent compilations are pretty meh. I also don't like Random Friday because I don't like progressive. EarthShine had some preety cool tracks. As for artwork you can't beat jellyfishes.

    Personally, I am convinced that there must by many, many higher civilizations in this enormous and incredible ancient universe of ours. Ah, you mean less popular samples. Then I'll go with Tortured Brain vs Steriliser-The Dealer and DarkPsy-I Feel. Both are too big to quote.
