  1. Phutureprimitive - Rites of Passage
  2. Want to get some of these bad boys: Behringer B2031A Truth Active Monitors
  3. I've bought from this place many times in the past, and though it may not have an extensive collection of psy, it's fantastic as an all round shop - good prices, lightning fast delivery and also you can get free delivery too. http://www.amazon.co.uk | http://www.amazon.com
  4. This shop comes highly recommended from me - they have a huge catalogue, good prices and fast delivery. Although it sucks that you have to pay for the shipping. (I buy other things from Amazon.co.uk - free delivery on orders over a certain amount)
  5. I can't top that.
  6. Thanks! I'll be trying this one out soon.
  7. Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
  8. Entheogenic - Spontaneous Illumination EXTREMELY TRIPPY album
  9. 11 unreleased dancefloor bombs! Total chaotic nuclear damage on every single life threatening track! Be warned - 1, 7 and 9 are complete BOMBS and will DESTROY you, or at least render your ears completely useless. Let the terrorizing begin!
  10. Of course it is
  11. Hm... I've never smoked weed before so I can't really tell you. My ears are extremely sensitive though - I'm used to analysing music - scanning for faint drum parts and seeing what instrument it is
  12. The link is actually: http://www.wirikuta.at/web66/product_detai...howDetail=97337
  13. Just listening to the PC humming - great for just storing songs in my head (the ones I've just played on piano) - thinking them over and over again Of course playing them repeatedly helps too
  14. None of those. You have to BELIEVE in yourself and make the music that YOU can produce. It's probably no good saying "I'm going to make psytrance", because trust me, I went through a phase of thinking that I would make film music / dance / techno / house / dnb, and even psy/goa trance and every time I tried to lay down a track I just didn't feel that my creative energies were being maximised to the fullest possible extent. So I took a break, THEN heard psychedelic chill and immediately my creative side saw it's purpose - I knew this was music I could craft myself. Obviously my style is more refined now but my advice would be to try not to create psytrance just because it's great music - find your connection like I did. And of course experiment! At the moment I'm creating huge, atmospheric pieces using my piano and the sustain pedal. So, bottom line, don't try and constrict your mind into thinking you will create a certain type of music - experiment, and have fun - isn't that what music is all about?
  15. I use psyshop.com for psy chill and amazon.co.uk for ambient. If not those then I'll find somewhere that has what I'm looking for.
  16. Greenoak's Crystal http://www.greenoak.com
  17. If you can do that, it would be fantastic. I hope bus won't be expensive (depends on how long I stay at the party I suppose - dayriders expire at 12:00am)
  18. V/A - Natural Born Chillers Loving this compilation! Nice one Aleph Zero!
  19. Oh and if anyone can give me a lift that would really be appreciated
  20. Hehe, that's been fixed now. Selected the wrong entry in Discogs Well yeah I need directions. Like what bus to get etc. All the buses from my stop go to Headingley (Arndale Centre) then on into town. So if it's a different area I'm pretty much clueless! I know someone who I lent some psychill out to - she loves Ott, so maybe I can persuade her to come too.
  21. Ott!! Fuck yeah! I need directions and money Only got a tenner!
  22. Give me 3 good reasons. By the way, I've bought 40 chill/downtempo releases this year and I'm not planning to get more than 10 before Christmas.
