  1. Amen. All of my Ultimae releases I have to keep special care of - the digipacks look very nice and I don't want to damage them. Whereas I know if one of my jewel cases gets broken then I can replace it and put the artwork in the new one.
  2. Good for you man, hope to hear some tunes from you soon! Hehe, yeah.
  3. Reason. I was using Garageband 2.0 - but I think Reason has enough functionality for me to use it as a sequencer, thus I won't be rewiring it into any other program.
  4. After some deliberation I finally decided to buy the program. Thanks for the link. Perhaps when I am good enough I shall make my own Reason tutorials.
  5. Hey, Just wondering what your experiences of Reason 3 have been. I just learned quite a lot by myself and now can create tracks fast (demo timeout is awful!). Any resources or tutorials that you recommend? Refills? Any information is appreciated.
  6. Take that back!!
  7. Yeah. He just forgot the hyper-pumping-melodic-brain-destroyer-new-supercharged-goa-dancefloor-stomper part.
  8. Mozart and Gogh 'freaks'? You bastard!! Perhaps those kinds of 'outcasts' are still with us, eh?
  9. Oh SFX? Okay.. it's just the AP part of your other post threw me off.
  10. What album are you talking about?
  11. And got my Astral Projection CD today. Yeah!
  12. Just recieved the CD - Condition was as promised, the package was tightly sealed and delivery was pretty speedy. Communication was prompt and friendly. Recommended seller!
  13. I think it's supposed to be an upside down mushroom?
  14. They have pretty much completely lost it. All downhill after B.P.Empire (cracking album ) - and the vid I saw a few months back 'Becoming Insane' really says it all. I'll try and avoid this release unless it's a major turnaround from IM TEH SUPERCRAPPER.
  15. Package came today. Unfortunately Psyshop had a problem with the availability of Soul Vibration Volume 1, so that didn't come with the order... Sigh. Still I've got some great music to keep me entertained over the next month or too... Bust a move, anyone?
  16. Oh yes, I'm hoping for those too.
  17. Mhm, and then a copy of some software, midi keyboard, vsts etc. All adds up. I agree with you on Infected Mushroom, they have got worse since B.P Empire, and yes there is a lot of shit being produced. But what are you going to do about it? There's always commercial artists making millions off their 'music' which is crap, does that mean we have to deny great artists money to put food on the table? Not everyone is skilled at working in industry as dmtree rightly pointed out. You think these people would rather slave in a factory somewhere or make music?
  18. True. But you still got to pay up. Yes. But you still have to pay for the computer.
  19. Vibrasphere full downtempo album. Entheogenic full album. (or a rerelease of their first cd) Chill Tribe Records compilation. My album. (that will be a long way off )
  20. Unfortunately, making music comes at a price. You have to pay for all the gear, which is a few thousand dollars. Then you have to support yourself whilst you are making that music. I would totally agree with you if I could make music for free. But after those initial costs of buying equipment to make my music heard, where is my incentive? I might as well burn that money then, as I won't see it back. I think the artist deserves 15-20% of the royalties once the initial costs of mastering, artwork, pressing etc are paid for. I think time and effort into something should be rewarded.
  21. I can second Audacity. It's worked superbly for me, on both Mac and Windows platforms.
