  1. Dude, that's the track from the same album. http://www.discogs.com/artist/Celtic+Cross
  2. Thank you for being most helpful. Now I can safely walk home in the knowledge that I could indeed find a piece like Louden. Great. Super.
  3. Phutureprimitive - Submerge
  4. Thanks for the information people, keep it coming.
  5. In Reason you can connect the synth to a Matrix Pattern Sequencer...
  6. Why don't you?
  7. Kuba - Serious Bug Situation
  8. The auto redirect doesn't seem to be working particularly well... About the site, well to be perfectly honest I don't really like it very much. For example on the buttons - you click the square and it opens up to a bigger rectangle. Fair enough - but why have you kept it as a button? There's no back button either, and the title is duplicated (once on the original button, bigger when the button opens up) You do have some good pictures and these are put to good use - just the flash site is pretty badly laid out and the "scrollbars" are difficult to use. It's a good concept, just poorly executed.
  9. Yep, you've said so before, again, again, yet again, again, over and over again.
  10. Okay, I'm looking for a nice punchy sound for my bassdrum (and the rest of the percussions as well) - and I heard you use a compressor but I do not understand this device at all - all it does is seems to make it louder, and what the hell is sidechaining anyway?? I'm using Reason 3, so if you could give a nice tutorial on the M Class Compressor (xiphiaz!!) it's be much appreciated... Oh and if there's anything else I can do to the bassdrum whilst compressing it, like EQs (don't understand these either) then I'd like a tutorial on that as well... Thanks.
  11. Well I've bought from Saikosounds on the occasions when the CD I'm looking for isn't available from Psyshop - and on the whole I do actually prefer Saikosounds on the whole. 4 minute samples are excellent - prices are good - and the freebies they include are good too. Last time I got a free CD because I ordered a big lot of CDs. Nice, that. The only reason I continue to use Psyshop is because Saiko shipping (courier) to the UK (takes just about as long as Psyshop) is extremely expensive. Which isn't a bad thing if the CD isn't available elsewhere, but it's just a minor nag. Otherwise, great shop and I would recommend it to anybody looking for psychedelic, progressive or ambient sounds.
  12. Hallucinogen - E Beautiful... up next: Celtic Cross - Louden Abakus - Keep On Truckin'
  13. Ticon - The Analogue H up next: FREq - Return To The Masters Talpa - No Place To Hide
  14. Thanks for the links NT, that guy looks really good. Eugh.. So I'm probably going to have to go for someone I've never heard of (or a compilation) and risk it, probs (I don't want vocals!!)
  15. Agree! Great compilation Today I got: * Son Kite - Colours Courtesy of a discogs member.
  16. That sucks... Anyone else?
  17. Beautiful piece of music, I'm sure most of you are familiar with this (great album too ) I'm just wondering if you've got any recommendations for similar pieces - no it doesn't have to be electronic, just acoustic guitar would be cool enough... Yeah, that's about it.
  18. Indeed, and I can also recommend the FSOL albums that were mentioned earlier in the thread (and AYS of course )
  19. Yes, there are a load of contributing factors to govern a labels success, and Spiral Trax may just have closed because of the things you mentioned. I don't believe that they closed just because of downloading - but the way I see it is, if everyone who downloaded the release actually went out and bought it, then we wouldn't have great labels like this one folding.
  20. 1 (!!!), 6, 7 (!), 8 Not the best Shulman album by far - but OMG remains one of my favourites from him, along with Instability. I like most of all these four - but 6 doesn't really count as it was released previously. I still can't believe that 4 out of 9 tracks have been released from this album...
  21. Just had a listen through - awesome selection there! Will be listening to this more over summer!
  22. I doubt that he will buy it.
  23. Take into consideration you can still buy it online...
