I'm not a fan of track 2, the techno one... it's a little bit too repetitive..., but the others are all really nice early chilled trance.
  2. I disagree this I really love all the tracks, In Flight is the best if I recall. Really nice trance / early goa here.
  3. I vote The Album.... But for individual tracks there are 4 IM tracks I love... Never Ever Land, Montoya (Remix), Devil (Final Mix), Dream Theatre.

    DLS - Holo Movement

Great CD! I prefer Zoomorph's second disc I think, but it's very close and quite a different style of ambient. Hymvs from 1993 was also good and not too rare.
  5. Wow I don't know that many others... only genre I know everything about is goa trance. I love the Influx album (praise Goa-Head's soul). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiXTkzrpPiM
  6. Did you listen to Earth Nation, Cygnus X, Union Jack, L.S.G., Art Of Trance? There's actually a lot more goa trance that I like, but some classic trance is great too.
  7. Tbh I'm not really a fan from those clips, they were decent nothing special to me but I've not listened to much IDM.
  8. Hmm I'm working at listening in 90s ambient right now actually so I probably won't hear these for awhile, but 90s recommendations are welcome.
  9. IMO there's a lot of "classic" trance that's just as good. It would probably be called goa trance if the kick was a little different. But more importantly, in ambient and chillout I think the stuff labeled as psy is quite often worse than other ambient music that wasn't made by psy scene artists.

  11. There's a lot of good (some is even better) music that's only TRANCE, not PSY-TRANCE, or AMBIENT, not PSY-BIENT. It seems that most people here ignore it for... well... I don't know what reason. It seems like you guys have some obsession with stuff being "psy" (whatever that even means). In the other art forum you are even talking about "psychedelic" books and movies as though they are better than all others. Can someone explain this?
  12. I found this on a CD-R... I guess it comes from someone who died. Most of it sounds crappy to me. I'm uploading the best sounding track (only decent one IMO lol). http://www.zshare.net/audio/59615564ed22aeb0/ Any idea what it is? Should I just throw it in the garbage?
  13. This is like the only thread I haven't posted criticism in. From where?? The electronic music NWO?
  14. Can you link some youtube tracks that are good?
  15. Just to spite you I'm going to attack people on the street and stop trolling this forum.
  16. I voted home, or personal listening. I've never been to any goa party before, they don't even exist here. I only know 2 people that like goa trance at all, and both prefer fullon psytrance! :wank: At home I usually pace back and forth while listening to the music or lie down and fall asleep to it if I'm tired. I also listen to it when running or working out, driving or doing other boring things sometimes.
  17. So boring I couldn't listen to it all.
  18. OK sorry. BTW that's an odd deal... sounds like maybe he just copied it to a CD-R and wrote the names on himself.
  19. Hi, I don't see much difference between a CD-R release with artwork and stuff and a normal CD release. One you can make a CD-R copy for free and the other for $50? Umm.... And moderators are not going to ban everyone who says something you don't like. Sorry I was not attacking you, I said it just to tip off you or some naive buyer if they didn't realize it.
  20. I believe it. You messaged me on discogs offering to sell a CD-R copy of a CD for $50 to me because you bought the original for $100, so it would be a good deal for me to get a copy at half price. Nice guy.
  21. I had a good trade with this guy. He made me some nice CD-Rs, everything arrived quickly.
  22. I'm not here to suck people's dick man, if you don't like me it's not the end of the world.
  23. Just my opinion... I see a lot of people love this label... but I think it's a pretty lame and excuse for tribal music. Anyways, what this actually makes me feel like, as opposed to being in a jungle celebrating that the hunters caught 2 boars today or something, is that I'm sitting around a fire with a crowd of white and hispanic trash in a trailer park somewhere in the the southern US or mexico. They are collectively banging out some easily forgettable and rather annoying music on half-broken instruments that they salvaged from the dump and improvising with random scrap objects. Furthermore, in my mind those hot belly dancers on the cover cannot help but turn into dirty ugly street prostitutes dancing around the fire and giving blowjobs to their random trailer trash boyfriends between tracks. Yea... I know it's not a very pleasant image but I just typed this up while listening to the album. This thing is far from the spiritual experience that I thought it might be when I saw the name and cover. There are a couple decent tracks: 9, 10, 13 2/10
