That's my personality, I'm quite brazen and in your face.. Is that better or worse than being anonymous and spamming " 😥" reactions to my posts? Like some random coward? If you don't like, say it. Don't hide behind a anonymous reaction like whoever keeps stalking me. Also, what's wrong with my superlatives? Is it that hurtful? No, it's really not. And yes it's a jokey style. It's not my fault everyone here are so freaking uptite. I really feel bad for you if you can't take a freaking joke. (I don't mean you personally acid being but "you" as in a general statement) Put your fucking skirt down and stop reacting to me like I'm a fuggin Hitler.

It's OK to be sensitive. Lots of us are sensitive. I don't know about anyone else but I don't want you to leave the forum. I just feel like it's better to tone down the totally intense way you write your criticisms, if you can. For example you're not wrong that it's helpful for a review to include a link to the music. But if you say it the way you did full of intense insulting superlatives like "nothing I hate more", and calling him things like "lazy" and "ignorant" which are usually hurtful to someone, if you say it like that then you will get these kind of reactions. I'm puzzled that it needs spelling out but you contribute a lot to this site, so I just want to figure things out. I mean, are you going for a jokey style with those kind of comments? It doesn't work. Any further discussion should move to a different thread IMHO.

What rules was I talking about? I already forgot.. And noone is above criticism not even The Doktor. Especially not since you said "it's best not to insult him". That makes me really want to insult him 😢 Edit. Aha I said "can we please make this a rule". Yes, please let us make that a rule. Write a review? Post a damn link. That's not that crazy is it?? What's crazy is the gaslighting going on right now and the anonymous harassment with the "reactions". It has become very toxic just to post here now. Oh well. I guess it's a good way of bullying someone off the forum. Just spam "😢" reactions at him until he leaves. And if you think I'm being overly sensitive just look at my comment history and you'll see I'm being harassed with those "reactions" how crazy it may seem. Yes harassed. Peace ✌️

Please do, nothing we need more over here than more reviews and content! Yeah bandcamp is a great way to both let the reader quickly check out the music as well as promoting the artist. Just don't be lazy and ignorant like the doktor (and then be crazy enough to redirect it back to me as if I'm the problem and not him for not posting a single fkn link) and you'll be more than fine 😊

And id really appreciate if you, in the future, could post a listenable link to the album you're reviewing, thanks What's with the quoting? We all can read what I wrote but thanks for really driving my point home! 😚 And I'm gonna comment even more on your threads now. 😃 (and I just have to mention the "reactions". Haha. It's kind of hilarious. So basically you want reviews with 0 links to the album in question. And hate if someone calls that out. Gotcha and holy shit people here seem to have their little pink panties in a twist these days. Jesus christ, grow up)

Sometimes I close my eyes wave my finger and pull out random CDs out of collection, well today I got this one https://www.discogs.com/release/575684-Various-Bali-Trance-Dua-Ribu Got me thinking have stumbled across few random ones like these over years but wondering could this be a kind of bootleg? Has some no name artists in it, plus cosmosis tracks from synergy yet released few years after these made, couple of seeming exclusive or unreleased total eclipse tracks yet one seems familiar? This one in particular on king coconut records,with just this release, so am assuming done from someone's bedroom for something to do. The tracks by limited or unknown artists some actually quite good, but interested in these total eclipse tracks if anyone has any info as they great, anyone else come across these type of comps that don't seem to make any sense?

You're welcome AP. I am hoping to start posting more reviews on here soon because I want to wake this place up a bit. It needs more content otherwise there is a death spiral of no-one posts because no-one else is posting so I'm gonna try and change it! When I do my own reviews I will link to bandcamp in preference if the artist is on there because it's a more direct way for someone to buy the track, or wherever they have it for sale. If you want to post a youtube link in the comments though be my guest. @DoktorG Apologies for derailing your thread!

Dude, how long would it have taken you to copy and paste it in your own comment? I mean, you may have a fair point but why not do something positive along with it? Yeah I know I'm grumpy too. Bad couple of days. FWIW I hesitate to put up youtube links myself because some artists don't like it and prefer someone listens to a sample on bandcamp or similar and buys the record...

Would've taken you 5 seconds to have that inside the review. There's ZERO ways to listen to the album you are reviewing, in your review. No YouTube, no bandcamp, no Spotify, no apple music, no nothing. God I hate that so much. Imagine being so disrespectful to the readers of your review that you won't even take 5 seconds to actually link to the damn music you're reviewing.. Can we please make this a rule? You can't post a review if you don't also link the frigging music??

Fantastic news Dok thanks. I'm listening to the opening track and it sounds just as excellent as his Elysium output. I love the way he builds up very unusual and strong rhythms by combining a number of different sounds. He is a master of rhythm. I agree about the texture too. Really excited to listen to the rest of this.
