I don't mind trying them other directions, judging them pffff, they said they would keep releasing psychedelic trance, and they do, their new album rocks, In my mind, if you consider it to be their first album it would be even rated in the top 5 best of 2009, wild guess true, but they are presenting some nice guitar tracks and showing some talent some psy artist who have released > 3 albums never will achieve !

techno indeed like Dave Clarck (coming for Brighton), Jeff Miles (coming from Detroit) etc... it became more @ the surface in America, but Europe certainly England, germany, Holland, Belgium were @ the same level, they are smaller countries and that's the reason why the so called 'raves' were kept 'underground' not wanting too, it just happened, In america a scene grows much faster because it's population and it's film industry...

mmmmmm an artist like Filteria does not wait until the end to create a perfect climax, but contains a whole concept first to last minute, just like rock does, off course if you analyse it like that I understand your interpretation, but that's not what it's about when it comes to artist like filteria, it would make a difference, this is not one layer morning trance like california sunshine etc... I think we would be surprised/missing if only one layer or two were gone...

space buddha is the master of melodies imo, his first album what is nitzhnot released in 2000, and further more fullon orientated, he has always been, the best of best, the collaboration 'opium of the masses' had some fine melodies too imo

This is the best filteria album for me, I never liked the aggressive & overloaded melodic concept, this one is more subtle, more warm & emo compared to his earlier releases, great work and nice to notice that an artist can achieve different directions with the same concept, I was expecting this since his latest tracks released on suntrip compilations, love it

Belgium has indeed a very active scene that offers a wide variety, Goatrance we have suntrip label, no artist yet Fullon we have Digicult, Sufi, Ephedrix,Aquila, Lani Progressive is upcoming with 'loop generation' (side project of lani) Dark we have whicked hayo correct me if I forgot some artist or add we are a very very very small country, from space it's just one big light

add Aquila (2009), Hyperion (2008) and an afternoon is filled
