Merope (Live Remix) now has a powerful, complimentary introduction unlike the version on the debut and it's fantastic. The extended introduction here adds more depth to the song, and the intergalactic feel of the album.
Ok, so many Etnica/Pleidians die hard fans here, no one mentioned that this complimentary introduction is actually from another Etnica track?
Not easy to find, you'll need to check their entire discography -
Hit and miss. I reckon Silver had a more appealing dark touch. That being said, some cold sunless tracks like Hi-Fi and Rotten Lung do it.

Lol, I don't mind house but this track sounds a bit out of place here, still decent track. Favorite: probably Straight Ahead, together with Rotten Lung.
Domestic Dirt is pretty nice too. -

Every track in between has its own confident style that separates it from the others. New Born's track is probably not the best track here but follows that style of his that im sure plenty of people must enjoy, similar to 'Universal Bus' with that strong single melody.
Another album from this year that isn't finding it's way off my phone for a long time.Agree about New Born, I think it is more interesting than all tracks released in the double CD album (maybe as good as Universal Bus which was my favorite track together with Omen). The whole compilation ended up to very good and varied. Manmademan produced a great track, love the sounds in the intro. Goasia again with a robotic trance track, similar to Tetrodotoxin.
I never cared too much about this Technossomy track... a very Posfordesque production as you could expect from Artha.
Ufomatka - Extraterrestrial Intelligence did not start too special but ended up being a killer track, with unexpected twists. Again, the guy manages to deliver with a great piece of dark psychedelic goa. This compilation is one of the highlights of the year and shall not be missed!
Best track: for sure track 7!

Thanks, but KOB - Identity Mash was one of those releases, that didn't do anything inside me.
Fair enough, a matter of taste, I enjoyed it more than most Filteria albums.

KOB - Identity Mash is very good. Ajja - Spira Mirabilis too if you like this kind of style.

Thanks Drosophila, will definitely donate since it was a track I was awaiting for a long time

Belltower reminds me of another whose name I can't recall. Any idea @Manuser?
Very satisfied with this CD.
Go Tranceform!
Hi Starkraver. Somehow one of the melodies reminds me Man With No Name - Own The World at exactly 1:35. When the melody latter expands, it also reminds me another track but I can't recall

I like the remix, even though I agree that it does not sound psychedelic. The original was not psychedelic either and it was for a long time in my personal top 10. Majestic melodies in this track...

It took some time for me to get used to the extra percussions. They seemed to be layered "on top" of the track. But I actually quite like it.
I had the same impression too, probably due to the fact that I listened to the original many many times over the years, but then got used to this them quickly. Killer track for sure.
Now I wish they could improve the mastering of Lord of the dance too! -
Spectrogram is an amazing album that deserves more recognition.
Really remarkable. From track 3 it gets clubbish and later really intense.
Playtime Adventure is perfect.
Pax Nostra slow things down with beautiful trance melodies (reminds me Sasha - Xpander).Full album:

This is good news, and it was self released two years ago actually but never heard about it until today > https://www.discogs.com/Battle-Of-The-Future-Buddhas-Domestic-Bliss-2015/release/9425835
It really improves the original which had a very poor mastering.
Also adds some snares and percussions. Good job guys! Love it. -
Their "recent" remixes are solid (by recent I include 2014) but I don't think AP will ever surprise us again, should be a solid album in the league of what they do best.
-
Looks like it is not a remix album this time, that's a good thing.
2018, so maybe 14 months from now -
Very good set! Never heard Antimatter before, shame on me.

Holy shit! Did anyone else notice the topic id starts with 666?
Good catch acid-brain! What are the odds of that... ^^
By the way adding to the topic, Kemic-Al - The dark journal > https://www.discogs.com/fr/Kemic-Al-The-Dark-Journal/release/682050

Revolution Spaceship contained some crazy tracks, Sirius Rising was pure goa on a slower tempo, this album falls between the two.
I had high expectations, liked it but not loved it at first listen, hopefully it is a grower.

One of the most interesting album of the year for sure, it sounds just psytrance for the most part, great psytrance! I definitely dig this more than Filteria!

I listened to the tracks uploaded to discogs. Yes, they are very good, exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks a ton!
No worries! And for less formulaic sound, maybe check this album by California sunshine, I Iike the mix between full-on, trance and goa >

Superb compilation, one of the best I have listened this year! Will buy for sure :)
By the way is title01 supposed to be a secret artist?
It sounds a bit like the few Clementz tracks I heard. Great piece of goa. -
Hello psydmt. If you like M. Stearns, then I strongly recommend Troum & Yen Pox – Mnemonic Induction https://www.discogs.com/Troum-Yen-Pox-Mnemonic-Induction/master/850930 incredible album, one of the best dark ambient ever made.Love Steve Roche,Steve Moore, Harold Budd, Michael Stearns. Can anybody recommend others like these guys
please with cd recommendations.
Brian Eno's cd reflections is also very good. If you can also recommend some free CD downloads that would be even better.
cheers

The first two albums of Dark Soho have some similarities (dark atmosphere + guitars).
Different and less melodic, I do enjoy this track from Ghreg on Earth (Hex vex elixir)... creepy sound!
