  1. Hello everyone, It is time to celebrate the 13th release of Digital Reprints. And the first that didn't rely on a Kickstarter. A double album from Stereo Dwarf printed in only 100 copies. Beautiful, Berlin-school inspired ambient, full of cosmic soundscapes and blissful beats. You know that Digital Reprint's releases are not to be missed as all of them are sold out. digitalreprints.bandcamp.com/album/echoes-of-existence I also added 10 copies of 10" Dub plates of the Ancient Sculptures E.P. This will be the only way to get this release on a physical format as well. Only 1 copies remaining though. There are a lot of artists out there, that they are not as prolific to warrant a 4xCD release. But that doesn't mean that there music shouldn't be printed in a physical format, far from it. So, If this project is successful, I plan to repeat the same thing, small print runs for single and double CD releases. I want to thank you so much for all the support you have shown the last (almost) 5 years. U R The Music!!! Thanos P.
  2. Double vinyl. And if you buy from Beatspace's bandcamp you get the full digital release as well. Hmmm, I'm not sure if that was intentional.
  3. Give it a go. Use PayPal and if nothing happens you get your money back.
  4. I must admit, I stopped using Psyshop after that appalling site update. I just couldn't browse it anymore. But yeah, Bandcamp and discogs are one of the reasons behind that. Although they could transfer their shop to Bandcamp and Discogs (like Beatspace did) and still be fine. You have to go with the times I guess. How many years has it been now? Decades? Anyone remembers Chaos Unlimited? Memories.
  5. Covid-19 Blah blah blah... Been away for over a year Blah blah blah... Let's talk about the things that matter...Music Androcell - Chronicle Yeap, that's right. It's time for Tyler Smith to enter the few artists that are part of Digital Reprints' catalogue. I first "saw" rather than "heard" Tyler's art through the cover of the excellent compilation Natural Born Chillers. Although I am not a fan of faces in cover art in general, there was something in that one that really struck me. That made me dig a little deeper and was surprised to find out that the artist responsible had released an album as well. After my first listen of Emotivision I knew he would be up there, with the rest of my favourite artists on the Psydub/Psychill genre. Since then, he never failed to deliver a high quality, emotional release time and again. Only problem being that the last physical release was in 2014. A remixed album and several EPs that followed after were always on a digital format only. Which is a shame really, for us, the people that take pride showcasing their collection of those magical, silver discs. Don't worry though because I (and you) am here to put things right. Four discs on an 8pp digipack format with artwork and layout provided by Tyler himself. Three of the discs will comprise material never before released on physical format and one will be a collection of tracks from various compilations. The music will be presented in a chronological format showcasing the evolution in Androcell's sound. Please follow the link for more info and to pledge. Project is already funded and only 20 copies left. http://kck.st/3ieso0s

    Pleiadians - IFO

    You mean like this? https://www.discogs.com/Pleiadians-IFO-Identified-Flying-Object/release/7000604
  8. What's your price range? BTW, headphones for mastering? Not an expert but that doesn't sound the best way to go.
  9. I remember a time when the main way to get any news from my favourite labels was by seeing a new release on the Record shop shelves. Spoiled brats. (That's a joke, in case anyone is offended). @DJ SunbornSeriously m8, take it down a notch. The way you reply is not much better than the people's posts you are referring too. I can see a negative aura surrounding you.
  10. Maybe he will do a reveal with the upcoming 3xcd release. Who knows.
  11. I'm pretty sure the samples were spoken from the creators of the track, although I might be wrong. "Inside my head, the shadows of the moon"
  12. Bandcamp does not provide streaming or storage services. It's official role is selling/offering files that you need to download and keep. Anytime they want, an artist or label can remove the files without prior notice and with no legal obligations. My cds are not going anywhere though
  13. Stereo Dwarf - Echoes Of Existence 6-panel 2xCD digipack http://kck.st/2TW5jn5 Stereo Dwarf is an ambient/chillout solo project by Kristian Thinning Andersen (Elysium/Sheyba) focusing on atmospheric, spacey and pulsing soundscapes, experimental psychedelica, evolving journeys, ambient washes, reverberating electronic textures, sequencers and rhythmic textures. Inspiration is taken from genres such as "Berlin School" (Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze) with a modern sound and Kristian's own touch. Listen to the mixes (unmastered) on Soundcloud and you will instantly fall in love with that warm sound. A 2-hour live-at-the-studio recording presented into 2 CDs. The mastering will be provided by Colin Bennum. We expect the combination of 2 veterans in the electronic scene to provide a sweet sonic result. All the precious releases of Digital Reprints were (extremely) limited. I feel that wouldn't be fair for an original release. So we decided to make it a semi-limited release. Only the number of copies sold during Kickstarter (rounded up to the next figure) will be printed. So there will be no guarantee whether you will be able to get a copy after the end of the campaign. As always, you will also get a Bandcamp code for download with each digipack purchase. And for completion reasons the digital downloads will include 6 additional tracks. So, let's be original Thanos P. All Tracks Written & Produced by Stereo Dwarf. Recorded live in The Hypnotic LFO Studio, October 2019. 14. Listening to the magnificent vocals in Ievan Polkka i accidentally came to some samples/vocals used by Shpongle Jump to 8:00 for Ievan Polkka and 10:50 for the samples
  15. That's the norm with science. The knowledge is based upon current observations and more data could always change it. Only religion and politicians claim to know the "truth". The chances for mutations (in a meaningful manner) are very low. The specific virus has only one "fragment" of RNA to replicate, meaning that any mutation are statistically more probable to have a negative effect (on the virus) and make it less viable. While humanity is hiding in their homes planet earth is having a party. The truth is we are TOO many and no one will miss us.
  16. Vinyl needs a different mastering. Just the low frequencies are reason enough to have a different mastering. Digital has deeper bass but vinyl is more dynamic. You also need to change the tracks order, since the inside is quieter than the outside etc. A typical example for different mastering versions that I had personal experience was with Cosmosis and his Retro compilations. The new remastered versions were well, u know, loud. Personally I almost always prefer the old versions, as long as they were not bad masterings to start with. If for not any other reason just because that's how the artists originally wanted them to sound. Saying otherwise, in my own opinion, is just small lies to sell on the remastered hype that's going on.
  17. http://kck.st/2u5WcGK Only a day left and just a handful of copies available now. If you want your name to appear on the credits this is your chance.
