  1. I didn't think it was possible to like you any more than I did but, yes, I like you even more now. You've attained pharaoh-like status.
  2. You downloaded a Shpongle track? I don't think I can talk to you again, tis ruined that our friendship is, ruined.
  3. Kashmir - London Symphony Orchestra
  4. I've introduced a few people to psy-trance who thought it was pretty good, Juno Reactor in particular proved quite popular. Years ago I played Total Eclipse to a South African guy and he absolutely loved it and got well into the scene because of it. Most folk seem to hate it though, consider it mindless drug music and ask me to turn it off. I suppose they view it in a similar light to how I view rap and hip hop - genres I really dislike. I'd say my success rate is around 5 out of 30.
  5. I find irc strange. Many of the people there speak in a language I can't understand. It confuses me.
  6. You corrected me while pissed and stoned. Oh the shame of it all.
  7. I find your work at it's best when your pished and stoned.
  8. Definately Prometheus for me. It's one of my favourite albums and I sometimes touch myself in anticipation of his new album. Just 4 more weeks 'til it's released, then again it's Twisted so maybe it's 4 months.
  9. You really are relentless in your contempt for Hallucinogen but I don't wanna go there again, I'm getting tired and have not the strength to argue. I do know where you're coming from though, as a folk and alternative country, yes country, lover I often experience similar dissing. As you say, people hear a few tunes from any given genre and immediately judge the whole scene based on those tracks.
  10. Is he looking for middle eastern/goa ambient stuff only or any sort of middle eastern/goa music?
  11. Charlie

    Sandman - Witchcraft

He's producicing semi full-on stuff nowadays. You can check out a couple of samples here taken from Tipworld's latest compilation CD.
  12. lol You really do though, they should put your picture in encyclopedias at the start of the section on 'Swedish People' to give an exact visual indiactor of what Swedes generally look like. You could make a fortune.
  13. Ott's Blumenkraft has a very Indian/Middle Eastern sound to it. If you want something faster and more trancey, try Shakta, Etnica or MFG; they all feature quintessential Goa melodies and samples.
  14. You look incredibly Swedish, indeed you're a textbook Swede.
  15. Nice. Shakta - Spiritual Beings In Physical Bodies
  16. The Infinity Project were fantastic and their ambient trance stuff still sounds good today. Not sure about their goa stuff though, it hasn't aged too well in my opinion.
  17. Religion, not syndrome.
  18. Hey Radi, thanks. Had to go away for a few days, had stuff to attend to.
  19. Old Crow Medicine Show - Take 'em Away
  20. Nice stories. Good to see this thread back on track too.
  21. Good charts, lots of stats and an interesting read. It's a pity more people didn't vote but nevermind. Maybe we should do one for folk music too. The BBC had one last night, was very good.
  22. I Got What It Takes - Koko Taylor (aka The Queen of Blues)
  23. Not necessarily. He didn't say anything derogatory, only that they are different.
  24. I am on something of an Infected trip, yes. I've listened to their first 3 albums and most of their fourth today. Right now I'm listening to Etnica - Triptonite (Playa Rmx)
