Linda Great album, following the russian psy tradition of bringing very dark twisting leads with heavy repetitive machine gun basslines that put you rigth there, in the mind of young fellows growing up in communist russia. The album starts really hard, your speakers are barely supporting the bassline, but this is no full on, this is dark psytrance at its best, lots of twisting screaming sounds that fit perfectly with the purpose of the subgenre. You have the crazy guitar, very metal-esque and it integrates very well with the madness of the background vocals and the overwhelming leads. These guys really know how to melt multiple layers of sharp squeaking samples and furious basslines. And then the madness gets tamed by the sound of the traditional polka sounds that put the second part of the album in another level. Its like going thru the night just to see the first rays of the morning. The melodies that impose the rythm arent cheesy at all, its just the perfect balance between a heavy level of insanity and the memories of the old grandmother house. Of course its not all about this native sounds in the second part, but definatelly tells you that Parasense is very aware of their roots and origin trying to make something original with song #6. And to beautifully resolve the melody in #8. Im very attracted by this dark psy lately and I just cant get enough of this album. favourites: 2,3,4,6,7,8 8.5/10

I loved lull and I find tcd very similar but now the sound is not fresh I guess.... hmmmm...Im going to give tcd another chance but for now I voted lull

Experimental electronica from tijuana (mex-us border), they use samples of local regional street musicians and twist them to create a very unique sound. definatelly I recommend their music.

I chose hell yeah! but this last time I was so tired of partying for 3 straight days that I couldnt feel the music that much.

Broader audience means more generic music. But this premise also works the other way around: Generic music means broader audience. Although we have to consider other factors, lets try this: Original artists + a little luck + exposure will mean the birth of new tendencies I hope.
