  2. ok... i only know drumatic and drumatic 2.2.... 1. adjust a long decay "decay" 2. use the pitch modulating envelope "mod" to select the pitch range of your kik. 3. tune your kik by adjusting "tone".....adjust to the key of your track 4. re-adjust the decay to fit in the spaces of the bass... 5. adjust "hi pitch" and "hit am" to ad a )) click (( to your kik... 6. go to step 1 to 5 until youre satisfied it fits with your bass
  3. try muon tau for bass: http://www.muon-software.com/ and e-phonic drumatic for kiks http://www.e-phonic.com/ the best thing is theyre both freeware...
  4. all the tracks have moved to the "music promotion" forum under the "artists news and label anouncements"......mabe in future the tracks "in progress" could be posted here...finished tracks could then go to the "music promotion" forum. here are the threads about the promotional area... http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=30903&hl= http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?sh...20entry425386
  5. pump panel - the horn track....anyone remember that track?
  6. listend to your track again, what can i say: i really hope this track gets on one of those chill compilations, and i hope it gets a lot of attention here... we need a promotional area...quality! the arp sound that nemo is talking about could be: "nordled ! 01 (mv)" from z3ta.....???? not sure .....
  7. who made them? never did get the circuit diagram of roland.....have you got it?
  8. yeah, and on your next holliday visit "184 brixton road (sw9 6at)" and ask when martin peter glover moved out... ... maybe they still have memorabilia to sell to you... no offence, but move on....do your own thing...
  9. stalker, there are hidden messages in this track, arent there? what are those vocal saying? go to the frige and raid it? anyway, very dark ambient track, love the spheres....got to moan about those toms that come in around 2:40 though, bit too standard cheap (or old school) drum machine like.... keep it up...
  10. just rememberd another one, not as classic as in my other post, but definitely classic for psytrancers: doof - double dragons loved that track at the time, and still love it today....
  11. well, this is certainly crazy tech-full-on-isch stuff, and i see youve put in a lot of work..... the only thing that may need improving is the "kik and bass" they dont thump enough, apart from that...well done. welcome
  12. dug out some classics for you guys: 1. phuture - acid trax (808,303 only) 2. bam bam - wheres youre child 3. fast eddie - acid thunder
  13. if you are serious about contacting labels, then you should consider a few things: 1. do some reseach on the labels which you think are best suited to your sound. i.e. find out who is doing a+r, in this scene the label will in most cases consist of one or two people. sometimes it is also wise to know who the label djs are, some of them do compilations. 2. contact that person, see if they are actually looking for new artists or the sound youre doing. never just send out stuff, in most cases it gets ignored. so tell them that you are sending stuff to them so they remember you and actually open the parcel. 3. always write a letter reminding them of who you are and when you spoke, also inklude an artist-profile if you have one. then wait some time, and get in touch again. if they liked your stuff they will remember you. it can work this way, but it is very, very difficult....dont be disapointed if you dont get replies. if you are serious then you will continue making music anyway, release or not. ( the best way to get anywhere is to know these guys personaly, or know someone that knows them..obvious reasons. )
  14. link is not working.....member login.....
  15. youre selling them now? whatever hapend to the "lets share" all sounds....correct me if im wrong but i remember you getting all worked up about the fear of sharing sounds "for free"....or something like that????
  16. yep....done it myself. ...its that one extra click...it is difficult, you have to agree guys.. it doesnt get on my nerves though....
  17. thanks for your kind words .... you may recomend this track but im not sure how long ill keep it online.... as for the quality, i have to say im sorry but as im not doing this project alone, my hands are tied...sorry......just pretend youre listening to it on an am radio ... if you like this sort of music then try some: "bohren & der club of gore" samples: http://shopbase.finetunes.net/shopserver/A...71963483&ref=-1 website: http://www.bohrenundderclubofgore.de/html/index.html
  18. i also downloaded delay-lama some time ago, but chucked it out again because i had a problem with it, cant remember what the problem was though.... if all fails you could use "virtual audio cable" and record it with another app....
  19. ok...so here another link...it was probably a language problem the title has some "umlaute" in it...you know like an "a" with two dots on it.... http://www.philter-music.com/philter_and_b...hard_koeler.mp3 hope it works this time ......
  20. the link is working ...just checkt it...
  21. sounds good, very delta-ish... someone once told me that if you want to prevent to much bass bleeding over in your mix, all you have to do is add bass on your monitoring system then do your mix, when youre almost finished take it out again...not sure if that is a good tip, never worked for me. one thing i do know though, too much sub can really steal lots of headroom.
