Nahh, i think the lyrics are funny It's wierd in a good way imo. Didn't listen to 80'th synthpop, but can't believe this is the same.. To my ears it's almost like electro, but still a little different... We're shining just makes me so happy, listened to that track on my way to work the last couple of days... It wasn't what i expected, and i needed a little "ear-tuning" but now i like this album from beginning to the end.. it's growing on me for every listen... And Yeah yeah yeah, i know, my taste is bad, hallocinogen is the bomb jiggy, i suck, you guys are the best But damn i like this album

The cover fits the music very well...The theme of this album is cheese and cheesy vocals. Almost all the tracks have "dance-music" vocals, so i think the cover is ok! Just not my taste of music ( and i doubt any other psynewser would like it)

Exactly what i mean I gave up long time ago... I think in big messures when i HAVE TO categorize.. i have psy, darkpsy, fullon, progressive, electro, house and minimal.. Thats all i need for my musical taste

That's true, the bassline is alone alot like some electro, but when you mix it with the rest it will work very different than a bassline from electro if you understand what i meen? in my oppinion of course But serious, your explanation, thats why i don't want to be so aware of what genre is what, everything is a mixture almost, alot of acts have their own style or "genre" if you'd like, so i usually ignore it and just listen to the music The whole "what genre is what" is all just very confusing to me

And i know alot of people inhere don't think the same(darkpsy for example) wich is VERY psychedelic to me, more than any of the old shizz, so this discussion is without an end As we talked about in another topic, "psychedelic" is not something you can just define, so it can mean alot of different things to different people. ... Looking a little deeper, weekend warrior is actually really nice and fresh sounding... Zebra beat is just another average electro track to be forgotten imo... Allready tired of the: pleasure, happiness, success, models on cocaine: after the 3rd listen.. The groove and arpeggieded bass is nice though... But except that, i have a feeling this album will grow on me... time will tell
