Lots of sleeping, lots of coffee drinking, too much doomscrolling, computer games, lurking on old forums like psynews, occasionally making crappy music almost no-one will ever listen to, other computer nerd stuff.

I like to spend time close to nature as well but I don't seem to do that anywhere near as much as I used to.

How about you?

Not much, hence my question. Like a lot of people, I got addicted to screens. Back in 2012-2013 I used to spend a lot of time on the internet but the feeling was different, back then you were considered a no lifer, while now it is the norm.

Still you didn't have that much content, everything felt fresh, now... but still addicted I am. Spend a lot of time on Youtube watching random stuff.

I was wondering if some people managed to disconnect completely from the internet.

 

I did read some books since last year, novels (only 2 actually), and informative books on life, psychology. Recently read The Tao Te Ching.
Also bought https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhuangzi_(book)  should start reading it :) but now in my 40s I don't seem to feel joy much in life.

Try long walks alone, like 6 hours or so, do it from time to time, it's good to regenerate.
