Carbon Based Lifeforms of course, as well as Androcell, Cell, my current favourite Aes Dana, Abakus, Asura, Hypnagog (similarities to the tune you posted), Solar Fields, Distant System, Psyfactor did a nice ambient album, Entheogenic & Shpongle (my least prefered) and finally the masters of the genre: Future Sound of London.
