  1. This might be interesting for you then... Live 6 Session View: grab the horizontal dividing line just above the faders and drag it upwards. Then, with audio tracks, if they are at their minimum width, make them wider.
  2. Great stuff again Billy I think I recognise some of the references. Love the egg one! And... you may not be responsible but I'm still sueing. Got to say though, I think your vocals were better on the first one but I totally understand you don't want to spend hours perfecting each snippet.
  3. To go from blank screen to final mastered playable mix can take me/us anything from 3 days (Voice of Cod - We Are Free) upwards. It's impossible to say how long they take in general though, as who counts the hours they spend on it? If I spend 5 minutes a month, and take 4 years, is that really longer than eating + breathing the track for an entire week solid?
  4. Now there's an offer you don't get every day. A/S/L?

    Demo's

I've been thinking for a while of putting some of our early tracks online.
  6. "On me not in me", eh Charlie?
  7. you did a good job, mate! cant wait to hear kob! love ya!
  8. I'm sure Mars and Anoebis absolutely love Filteria and the other artists on Suntrip. After all, they work hard for not much return to release their music. For them, I'm very sure that Filteria etc. write some of the best music in the world. What would it say about their commitment had they voted someone else in the top spot? And I see a troll. Not quite in the same league as Ishwara/pants-on-u-head/acid fart or whatever he's calling himself on Psynews today, but a troll nonetheless. If I'd voted in this poll I'd for sure have put OOOD - Free Range in the top spot. Why? Because I think it's fucking great.
  9. Veeeeeeeeery interesting...
  10. "I don't like it therefore it's crap". Grow some perspective, will you. Well done for deciding on your favourite 2007 releases already though, even though they're not all released yet. Takes guts to commit so early in the year. As for the genres thing, does the phrase "definition is limitation" mean anything to you? Scuse my irascibility, I've just got up and haven't had breakfast yet.
  11. From another forum...
  12. Fantastic work Moni ... the same super-comprehensive job as last year Big big hugs to you... On behalf of myself and the other guys in the band, thanks to everyone who voted for our album in their top 5. If my arms could reach that far I'd give you all a big hug too. Inseijn, I hope the new medication works better.
  13. Billy Cosmosis recently posted this little review on Psy-Forum:
  14. It can happen. When my monitors were reviewed in Music Technology magazine in the early 90s they were compared to other brands twice the price or more. 10 years later I can fully vouch that they sound better than £250-worth.
  15. No, the doppler effect is due to the relative motion of ones' ears and the sound source. Think passing ambulance. I don't know, but I'm glad it does - it's why trance music works. The trick is to find a 2-bar loop that still sounds good after 3 minutes. If it sounds good at the time, but uninteresting the next day, don't worry. It's the 'good at the time' factor that counts for people listening to the track. As a producer you should remember that nothing sounds fresh and interesting to its creator once its ceased to be fresh and interesting.
  16. Yup. Pig's pizzle... mmmm....
  17. Tracks can sometimes sound like they're in a completely different key when you hear them with headphones on.
  18. Do try and keep up, old chap. Battery 3 is the pig's pizzle, btw.
  19. We'll get you yet muahahahaha... [EDIT] maybe
  20. Woo! About bloody time! Can't wait to hear this in its entirety!
  21. The first link doesn't work... you can buy The Unknowns direct from the Organic Records digishop here... but why stop at just the one track, hey? The rest of the album is pretty good too, apparently
  22. Not really... I just have a talent for writing convincing-sounding bullshit.
  23. You're not still using kickdrums are you?
