Hmm, makes me think about the bright-sounding music like Celestial Intelligence... Maybe just me. For other Subfgenres like Darkpsy or Proggi I accapt "nasty" (dark content) samples, but honestly I thougt, that the fast psytrance is more drug/hypnotic/happy-feeling-orientated. But I was wrong, I have to change my point ov view. So the question: What do You (all) feel, when in one of Your favourite music/track they talk about death and suffering?

@Paul Eye: Why? Can You explain me the complete sense of this samples in this track... The beginning: "Life is a act of suffering... " and so on. The higher meaning is what? That life sucks, especially human life? After "I bring death" comes what? "... they will die"... I was shocked!

Ok, I name it: kick drum pattern variety Search for Proggi album with this in every single track and a pattern which come every lets say 5 to 10 seconds. Must be dominant. Ovnimoon: Trancemutation of the Mind has it constantly. Unique for Proggi... till now, hehe.

Yes, the first track (Sideform: High Priest) is pure Proggi to me. My definition: slower, dominant drums and bass, more technically, therefore closer to Techno or Minimal. But: Cleaner, much cleaner. Melody can be found, also the "nice" ones, but not that dreamy, so closer to the reality. Ah, its getting sophistic now, so I stop! Haha... Generally: the Speed and Beat/Bass-dominance. I think both descriptions are basically ok. Depends on other characteristics in the music as well... In my case: Voice-samples. Are they psy in its content or just cheesy ("The beat goes on in 10, 9... )?
