  1. Both are awesome. I'd also add Sunrise from Antidote.
  2. Ok, let's put all things together. What I understand is that Simon considers: 1. "and the day turned night..." as his best track. 2. "lion sleeps..." his best trance track. 3. "shamanix" best Hallucinogen track. Does it make sense?
  3. Does it make sense to convince someone he's wrong not liking some track?
  4. I don't deny it's classic. But as I understand OP idea was to list classics you find not so special, right?
  5. AP - Mahadeva Hallucinogen - Shamanix , i don't like it too much probably because i heard Remix first and consider it as one of best tracks ever, so compared to it original seems fine, but nothing spectacular
  6. Unlikely to regret paying $2 for an album. As physical copy is 10 times more expensive this was my first digital-only purchase. Listening to it second time now, and yes, I really like it. This album is exactly how it's described: "Folktronica gives you what Prose Edda merely hinted". I wish more artists blend folk with electronic music (I knew only Vataff and now Kurbeats).
  7. Why haven't I heard about your new album before? Is it that much different than "Prose Edda" that you released it under other alias? And why shipping costs almost equal CD price?
  8. adding some Polish folk: http://w174.wrzuta.pl/audio/6c9MpvBt8xt/orkiestra_sw._mikolaja_-_piesn_sobotkowa
  9. I'm not sure if EAC rips are always 100% accurate. I remember I once was ripping some old, in poor condition CD and EAC was hanging for couple of hours without any progress. I found there was an option to enable "burst mode" in which CD was ripped in a minute, but I guess it was not accurate rip (though I couldn't hear any discrepancies).
  10. I believe nothing was wrong on my side. I've created a new account, confirmed registration and then as far as I remember I was asked to wait for admin verification. But it never happened (I see I tried 4 times before) until now.
  11. The book I'm readin now is Proust's In search of lost time. I started first volume 5 years ago and had much difficulty in going through the book. Have read first 3 volumes, but didn't enjoy it much. As there is almost none of action and very, very long sentences which is hard to understand what idea author wants to express. On 4th book I've given up, but now after couple of years I returned to it and to my surprise I have a good time with it, so maybe I'll finish the rest.
  12. Hi all. Finally I've managed to register to Psynews (my first attempt was ca. 2 years ago). I read this forum from the very beginning (free.fr times) and now hope to add some content too.
